I normally putt with X-Blend scarabs. From time to time, when practicing at home, I will throw some putts with the Myth. It feels almost identical in my hand to a Scarab, but has a touch less glide. I find myself banging in putts from 25ft and in with consistency, but beyond that i cant seem to dial it in.

I do not feel comfortable throwing the Myth as it is too deep for me and I find myself grip locking too often. I prefer the shallow feel of the Cohort for my throwing putter.

The P-Blend plastic is awesome though! It isn't as stiff as D, nor as soft as X. It nestles right in between the 2.

I do think the Myth is a great disc, just not my cup of tea. I don't like tea a whole lot either, I am more of a coffee guy.

This putter flys amazingly. I throw First Run Judges and this putter has a slight bit more stability that makes it more reliable in the wind. It has a slight deeper feel than a judge but has a smaller bead. I love it for long putter up shots and off the tee drives on short holes. Would recommend for beginners to seasoned vets. Great stroke saver disc that is very cheap!

Feel: This disc has a blunt edge, a small bead, and is pretty deep. Not exactly what I look for in putters, so if I’m being honest, I bought this one for the awesome stamp. However, I’m staring to come around to the myth, the nature of the mold makes it so my rather little hands can to get a great grip on the slick P-Blend, but once I got myself an X-Blend, that changed. I love the X-Blend for long putts.

Flight: I don’t throw then myth too often, but it does have a nice glidey, flight with and overstable finish. For putts, the myth is one of the best long range jump putters I have, the X-Blend I have is grippy enough I can put some crazy spin on it, and it also has enough stability to handle it. I’m starting to adopt a hyzer putt, and I’m liking the myth for those edge of circle putts that just fall right into the basket.

?Comparisons: I have only ever held a whale before, never actually used one, but the myth feels pretty similar. The best comparison I can make though is the PA-3, feel wise, the PA-3 is slightly more boxy, but flight wise, I would be hard pressed to tell them apart.

Played my first round putting p-line Myths today after switching out some few year old Classic Blend Wardens. I've been wanting to try out a beaded putter and these feel great in the hand. Didn't miss a putt within 25 with these today. Outside of this range it was hard to adjust to the lack of glide the old Wardens had, but these are much more consistent out of the hand for my so I'm definitely sticking to them. Great putters.

I got a Myth in P-blend (Pro) plastic.  The feel of the plastic is great in the hand.  The Myth is very similar to a Dagger, and identical to an Innova Whale.  It is beaded, which suits my putting grip and putting style.  It putts well, with good but not too much glide.  As a throwing putter, it's straight with a bit of finishing fade.  I hope the Myth will come out in more durable, premium plastics for throwing duties.  All in all, the Myth is another excellent mold in the Infinite Discs line.

I have used MVP ions as my putter of choice for a while. I still really like them, but the Myth is on the verge of kicking it out of the bag. Compared to the Ion, the Myth is a touch more stable. The P-blend plastic is pretty slick. It's got good glide for a putter, but it doesn't glide away from the basket. If you like to putt with fairly stable putters, give this one a try. Nice sized bead too, not too big but it's there. I haven't thrown it on full power.

This is a great putter! I've been using the Wizard almost exclusively for the past year, but finally I found a replacement with Infinite Discs.  This putter is somewhat similar to the wizard, but I feel like it has more glide to it, which is exactly what I was looking for to further extend my putting range.  It is also great for approaches.  It will soon be come a mythical putter in the eyes of many I believe.

The Myth is a very stable putter with almost no glide.

This is a beaded putter with a decent rim depth but most hands should not have a problem with it.

Putting: My putt is a hard and direct putt. With the Myth, I can putt as hard as I want into any headwind a feel confident. This disc is very stable so the longer the putt the more i had to aim to the right of the pole (RHBH)

Approach: The approach shot is where the Myth won me over. This disc has the least glide of any disc I have thrown and I love it. I was not worried about over shooting the basket and it pretty much sits wherever it hits the ground. Great for short sidearm with enough stability to control it. Perfect approach disc for any wind or throw.

I love the feel of the Myth. It's a deep disc, with a good feel for putting. This putter took some time before I got used to it. The Myth really doesn't glide much at all when putting, which makes it great for putting in the wind. When I first started using the Myth as my primary putting putter I was consistently short because this disc doesn't putt nearly as much as the ABC Money putter I was used too. But, I adjusted my putting style, and now am putting better than ever with the Myth. Sometimes change makes you better as the Myth provided for me. For anything outside the circle, I don't use the Myth, but for inside, this disc is money.

Personally, I don't like deep rimmed discs for driving. The Myth is an excellent driving putter, but I prefer using the Tomb instead for that purpose.

I made a video review of the Myth, so you can check it out:

If you don't wanna watch the video, here's a TL;DR: The Myth is an excellent putter. It's overstable, and has a nice-feeling bead.  It flies with the perfect amount of overstability, so it's very useful for approach shots and as a driving putter.  The P-Blend plastic feels great, and doesn't beat in too bad.  Highly recommended - I bag two.

I have been a Discmaina P-Line P2 addict for a few years now. In all that time, I wanted a putter that was a little thinner so that it was more comfortable in the hand. In comes the Infinite Discs P-Blend Myth. When I got it in the hand I knew that I was in trouble. Although I'm not one for a beaded putter, the Myth fits great in the hand, and has a predictable release. It was more overstable than I was expecting, and most importantly it has less glide than a P2 does by my measurements. I find myself hitting front rim on a lot of putts outside of 30 feet. Long story short this putter was good enough to break my P2 addiction. I have a second one arriving tomorrow from Infinite and I'm committing to the new ways of the Myth! Great job Infinite!

This disc is a great throwing putter, but not much for putting.  It doesn't have enough glide to use for my own putting style.  If you're a power putter you might appreciate that aspect.  If you're looking for an approach putter this disc would be a great place to start.

    An Admirable Putter!

I primarily putt with Wizards, and I find the Myth to be not entirely dissimilar. The flight, particularly off the tee, is almost identical. The Myth is a little less stable at short range. I found putting with it to be easy and predictible. Its not a total wind eater, but the Myth can hold up to a decent breeze, at least for my spin putts. I tried it for short forehand upshots, and, while I was never fully turning it over, I did find it tough to dial in.

Word to the wise: the P-Blend is SLICK. So slick, that it bumps a full star off my rating. I tried everything I could think of, short of sandpaper, and found it still tough to grip, especially when its a bit muggy outside. I look forward to trying the Myth in X-Blend...if the grip issue is resolved in that blend, I could see myself switching to the Myth as my main putter.

I have 2, both black, one is a photo, the other the first run. These are my new go to beaded putter. I use Classic and a Blend Warden and a Zero Hard Pure as well for beadless. This is a very stable putter, similar to a P2 or a Dagger in flight. I'd say it is very close to an Innova Whale in profile. This thing just fits the hands perfectly, and the release is super clean, fast and smooth. This is from the slick smooth plastic. The P blend will break in nicely like the similar P line or Pro plastics do. I generally use beaded putters in wind or for drive putts, but this one I am using for everything in the circle lately. I can see this being a very popular putter by pros as well. Great mold!

I was able to test a few of the prototype P-Blend Myths with some inside the circle putting. To start off, the P-Blend is very similar to Discmania's P-Line plastic.. Pretty stiff, a little slick when new, but still with some grip to it. These putters are super flat, and are not domey or puddle topped. Which for me, is exactly what I want in a putting putter.

When putting I was able to get a super clean release every time, which can be attested to both the mold itself and the P-Blend plastic. The Myth does have a rather pronounced bead and is fairly deep, so those who prefer a shallow putter may not have the best luck with this mold. It is not as deep as a Dagger, but is slightly deeper than a P&A Aviar or McPro.

The glide on this putter is somewhere between a P2 and KC Pro Aviar. It's not super glidey nor does it dump, just a solid go-to putter from 0-35'.

If you're looking for a stiff beaded putter, look no further than the Infinite P-Blend Myth!

I picked up a couple 175g P-line Myths to try out.  It feels exactly like a whale.  Reminds me of a Gateway magic with a small bead. or a Shallower Dagger, or a Gateway Voodoo with a medium bead.   I don't feel it is as Overstable as described.  I can see it as 2/3/0/1 but definitely not fade of 2.  Overall it was a straight flying putter.  For putting you basically just go right at it.  It holds a pretty straight line.  Mild drift then small fade - overall straight (for putts).   I did not throw this disc .   It's a decent putter in a nice P-line plastic.  I like the feel.  Which is a little thicker (chunkier) but not deep at all.  comfortable.  All around you can't go wrong, but I agree its not anything spectacular or ground-breaking. It's just a stable-straight putter that will feel better after that slick Pro plastic gets worked in. Still hoping for a true putter with a fade of 2

I didn't compare the Myth to a bunch of other discs like I usually do.  I only compared them, an X-Blend and a P-Blend, to my Sarek, which is (was?) my primary putting putter.

The first thing to note was something that affected both putting and approach shots with the Myth.  Both plastic blends are slick, not in a good way.  I had to focus much more on trying to not let the discs slip out of my hand than I do with the Sarek.  This was unfortunate and I will explain why when I discuss putting.

But first, approach shots.  The Myth is more stable than the Sarek.  This last field test, I was throwing into a head wind.  I was throwing hyzer flips trying to get a fairly straight shot.  The Sarek always turned over.  This is why I never use my Sareks for approach shots.  The Myth flipped to flat and gave me a nice straight line.  It does have less glide than the Sarek so I felt like I had to give it a bit of extra oomph but I could actually see myself using this disc for short approach shots.  I liked the reliability while still giving a nice straight line.

Putting was even better, when the disc didn't slip out of my hand.  The Myth has a nice straight flight with very little fade at the end.  I got my X-Blend a couple of weeks ago and there were moments where I felt like this was the putter for me.  It just felt right, flew straight, and seemed very easy to put in the basket.  Then the next shot would slip out early and I'd miss way to the left of the basket.  Each time a shot felt natural, it gave me hope.  Each time it slipped out early, hope smacked head first into the band.

I was hoping that the P-Blend would be a bit more gummy, like maybe it was P(utter)-Blend.  Sadly, that was not the case.  However, I put a bit of my son's football receiver glove gel on the discs and everything changed.  With a bit more grip, I absolutely love this disc.  I don't know the half-life of receiver gel on discs is or how much dirt will end up also being stuck to the disc but I spent a couple of hours tonight amazed at how well this disc hits baskets from 70 feet.

Bag-worthiness: I gave it four stars because I shouldn't have to find some way to add gumminess to my putter.  That said, Infinite is just getting started and I have no doubt that they will come out with a Myth in a grippier plastic (G-Blend?) in the future.  When they do, I'm going to get a few.  For now, I'm going to continue my test with the gel and see how that goes.  As long as I can keep the discs from slipping out of my hand, I'm going to use them for my putting putters.

The Myth is a nice overstable putter.

It's somewhat deep, but not quite Dagger deep. It's got a good-size bead on it for those who like beaded putters.

It's best uses are for windy putting and overstable approaches. I'll be very interested in the Myth in a different plastic than the P-Blend. It was a bit slick for my taste. Solid putter though!

The Myth is a fantastic putter for both putting and throwing! The Myth has everything that anyone would want out of a putter: consistency and stability. The profile of the Myth is a bit deeper putter with a decent sized bead on the rim. For putting, this disc held pretty straight with a moderate fade in a 10 mph headwind. With a little bit less glide, this disc tends to be a bit stiffer in the wind than other putters I've used. For throwing, the Myth would hold a hyzer when thrown with about 70% power. When thrown harder, this disc would hold a bit straighter while still offering a decent amount of fade.

While I've never really used beaded putters for putting or throwing, I enjoy the consistency of the Myth, which may allow it to become my new putter.

I gave the Myth a try and I was blown away. I putt with Discmania P2s and never thought I would even consider switching. Somehow this putter that feels so opposite of a P2 still made me consider switching. I will say I didn't switch but this is a fantastic putter! I know there have been a couple different opinions on the glide, my Myth had incredible glide. The extra glide I felt I had on my Myth (over my P2) was the reason I almost put this putter in my bag! This putter has a deeper dish feel with a normal bead which I know a lot of people prefer! If you putt on a little hyzer (like me) I think there is a great chance you'll enjoy this putter!

I just switched to the Myth putter because I absolutely loved the feel of it with the grip and the bead. I prefer the X-Blend plastic which is nice and grippy and soft. But I prefer the P-Blend for approaches, which is where I feel the Myth really shines. I admit that my putting has dropped in accuracy with the Myth because it has significantly less glide and is more overstable than the putter I was using before, but I'm willing to learn its flight, so I'm giving it some time. I like the way it drops at end of flight, so if i miss, it doesn't miss far and I have an easy tap-in, where discs with more glide missed longer for me. If I don't end up keeping  it as my primary putter for the long-term, I will definitely keep it as an approach putter because it flies so well when thrown for longer distances and, once again, settles down so accurately that I can park my approach shots.

I'd say that the Myth is a bit like a Judge or a Wizard in terms of feel and flight, but I like the feel of it more. I've putted with both of those discs before, so that's why I really want to give it a full season and see if the Myth can become my putter for the long term.

I recently got the chance to test out the Myth and was pleasantly surprised. I generally don't like the slick/stiff plastic blends, but the P-Blend felt pretty good. I also noticed that as they warmed up, they got slightly more gummy and grippy. They feel pretty good in the hand. I don't normally putt with beaded putters, but the Myth felt comfortable. It has a decently sized bead, is fairly deep, and flat. It wasn't quite as deep as a Dagger, but what is.

For comparison I grabbed a Wizard, Dagger, and Judge. From most to least stable: Wizard>Myth>Dagger>Judge. From most deep to most shallow: Dagger>Myth>Wizard>Judge (super beat Wizard, new one might feel different). Finally, from most glide to least: Dagger>Judge>Myth>Wizard. The Myth had similar glide to my Judge when thrown, but I imagine the Myth's glide will improve as the plastic becomes more seasoned. From the comparison both putting and off the tee, I would rate the Myth:

    Speed 3 Glide 4 Turn 0 Fade 1.5

It felt pretty good putting, but again the slick plastic did throw me off a bit since I normally putt pretty tacky blends. They had good glide in and out of the circle, and found a lot of chains. They did seem a little slick in the basket, like a McPro Aviar, but I only had one unusual spit-out. The plastic does seem very durable, which is a big plus for me. Sometimes I get brand new discs, throw a few putts and they are all chewed up from the basket. These P-Blend Myths held up great and look almost like new after quite a few putts.

Off the tee, and for up-shots, the Myths really excelled and impressed me. They have a really good amount of stability to them. I even had some wind to test them in, and on a light hyzer they did great in a 5-10 mph headwind, holding their line and finishing with a fade. In a light tailwind I was throwing them pretty darn hard on a very light anhyzer with some height, and they flattened out and faded just fine with the aid of the tailwind. They seem like they will be very shapeable discs; able to hold hyzers, go strait when released flat, or hold a great anhyzer while still coming out at the end.

Overall I was really impressed with the Myth. I am excited to see its release in other plastics to see how it alters the flight ratings (especially glide), and the overall feel. I'm excited to play around with these more, both on the green, and off the tee.

The Myth for me was a 2 2 0 2. It had a decent amount of stability and did not want to glide much. I really liked using it for shorter upshots because I don’t have to worry about blowing by the basket. What it really came in handy for was headwind putts. Even in a pretty stiff headwind, it didn’t wanna float away. It just held its line. Great overstable putter for those who are firm putters or are looking for an overstable thrower.

The Myth is a brick of a putter. This disc does like to stay in the air for very long (I have a mixed spin/push putt). The shape feels great in the hand. Similar to a dagger, but not as deep. I like the super flat top and somewhat bulky rim (not too bulky). This disc is quite stable at high speeds.

Pros: hardly any glide (which is great for a head wind putter). Super consistent for high speed drives/upshots. Good feel in the hand.

Cons: the blend of plastic has an almost slick feel to it. It feels kind of hollow when hitting the chains.

I don't see this replacing my normal go-to putters, but do see it as a great head wind putter and driving putter.

Disc feels a lot like the Discmania P1x.  It is a beaded putter very easy to control I would recommend it for any player at any level that uses a beaded putter. It doesn't seem to have much glide on it.  Throw it hard flat and it wont turn over, seems to be fairly overs table but doesn't go as far as you would think.  Great plastic for putting it is nice and stiff in the hand and has a reliable fade.
