    D-Blend Details

D-Blend plastic is a basic, inexpensive plastic blend (compare to Innova DX plastic). It has good grip and medium softness. It is more easily beat-in when used than premium plastics, but is preferred by many players for putters and mid-range discs where grip is important.

    Deeper putter and torque resistant.

This putter from Infinite is comparable to a Whale from Innova or a Dagger from Lat 64. Slow and straight flight. Very torque resistant. Good into a wind and can handle power.

For me personally I like more medium to shallower putters but can see why many people like this disc! I might put the fade at 1 or 1.5.

As a new player, I received a D-blend Myth in my first local club event.  It quickly became my go-to putter!  It feels solid in my hand, grippy without getting stuck.  I love the width of the rim, and the control and confidence I feel with it.  I've tried several other putters, but keep coming back to this.  I now own five of them ;-)

Great disc.  Flies straight at the basket with nice glide.  It is great for all types of putts, and will follow the line you throw it on.  Keep at least on of these in your bag at all times, you never know when you may need it.  Very nice disc.

Reminds me of my Link, Yikun Xing, Whale, and Dagger. So nothing "special" but a really nice putter.  If I throw it hard, it will hold nice anhyzer line.

I was a P2 guy for a few years. Fell out of touch with them around the circle. Switched it up with some run 1 firm P blend myths. The feel is stout in the hand, sort of like a P2, but with a bead. Very comfortable for my style of putt. Handles 'spin style' putt torque in and around the circle fairly well. My putting confidence went up after a few rounds. Once the weather changed, I realized I needed a DX type putter. I picked up some run 2 D blend myths. the feel in the hand is the same but with a buttery plastic feel for when the temp. drops. When the weather warmed up again, I did not switch back to the firm P's. The D's were perfectly beat in. Over the years Ive tried other runs of D blend myth. The run from last year was a bit more firm than regular DX blend. Not really what I was looking for. This year, 2021, this new run of D blend Myth feels more true to the run 2 Myth. I really like them. The stock stamp....ehhh...not so much. Anyways...some dual foil inifnite discs bar stamp would be cool...just saying...
anyways. I really enjoy the myth.

The D-Blend Myths have been my go-to putting putters in 2021, and I can't imagine putting with anything else. Coming from KC Pro Aviars, these have a slightly straighter flight and grab the chains perfectly on all angles. Like a tackier D-Blend feel with a flat top? I recommend the black ones.

I gave 3 stars not to represent the disc quality, but just personal preference. Hand feel is so similar to the Scarab. I am a Scarab fanboy so the Myth always had a tall task to dethrone it in my eyes, hand, and heart. Myth is slightly, and i mean slightly, deeper, has less glide, and more stability(especially when putting) and those are three factors that knock it down in my ranking system.

DISCLAIMER: My Myth is actually in P Blend but that wasnt an option when selecting for my review. Being totally candid though, I dont feel any difference between the P and D blends that i have...

I have been playing for 4 years now and I struggle with find a putter releasing clean and not going to the right when im in circle. Gave the myth a try and i was 100% impressed. Similar feel to an aviar but has a little more fade at the end. Within circle 1 definitely a point and shoot putter. In circle 2 where i struggle the most due to jump putting i release with an anhyzer or release late, The myth is like my auto correct. i bought this dis in D blend, I blend, and C blend. I use them as my putting putters and throwers. Absolutely love this disc

If you are new to throwing putters as upshots, this disc is great. it doesn't dump like most and handles some power well. Forehanding this putter will take a second to adapt to but it flies so well.

100% recommend this putter if you spin putt with some force.

The myth is a great backhand upshot putter for me. I honestly don't prefer it because it has a very deep rim which my hand cant get around, but it feels very solid and flies dead straight with little fade at the end.

The D-blend Myth has become my main putting putter. It's a similar mold to the Innova Whale. This disc can handle some power as well. Using it as a throwing putter you can put some muscle on it and it will go straight with a soft fade at the end when new. After it gets beat in a bit it gets straighter until you beat it in enough to become a hyzer flip machine. When used as a putter it holds a nice line for spin puts with minimal fade. For push putts, it has a nice amount of glide to just float into the basket.

This disc is very good for putting you can't throw it, it goes in the basket because it's from infinite discs. If you're looking for a nice over stable putter that does not flip out of the hand for upshots go with the D blend myth or the P blend myth

This just wasn't the disc for me. I found a beat up myth and used it for putting for a while before deciding to get 2 more. Maybe it was the wear on the old one that sold me, but I just couldn't seem to get this disc to do what i wanted. I used it primarily for putting but it always seemed to drop out of the sky too quick for my putting style (more of a spush putt). It would look good on a slight hyzer heading to the basket and then dump out just before landing. It just wasn't what I thought it would be unfortunately. The disc itself is pretty good and overstable to fight winds. I think if they made it in a c-blend then it would be a pretty great meaty driving putter, but the flight off the tee with the d-blend is pretty good overall

In the hand the disc feels lighter due to the weight distribution of the putter, which I liked.  I putted with two D-blend putters for around two months and overall its a great disc.  It was a medium/deep putter with a small bead.  Has a great stable flight and never really worried about turning it over when I threw them.  The only negatives that I had about the putter was that I did not prefer the feel of the stiffer D-blend.

The Infinite Myth is a great stable beaded putter, which is perhaps a bit more stable than a p2 or aviar. It is a great mold and very good inside of the circle.

The Infinite Discs Myth is a great stable putter. The flight numbers are pretty close but a few things that I noticed: 1. The glide is lower for a putter of this stability, which is great for ranging. 2. The high speed stability is really strong, this disc can take a lot of power.

What is really unique is that usually when putters have those characteristics they are overstable, dumpy bricks. The Myth has a reliable fade but it is late in the flight and smooth. This allows the Myth to be a putter that handles plenty of lines and to be extremely range-able.

Where the Myth really excels is in the circle. It has the right stability to be useful in any wind plus the lower glide means it won't get carried too far off course by an errant gust. It also gives you the confidence to run more putts. If you do miss, you will not carry too far past the basket.

The Myth is very comfortable in the hand. It has a small bead, not quite a micro bead, but very unobtrusive. All of my Myths have had a high shoulder with low to mild dome. They're a medium depth, not extremely deep like older school putts and certainly not flat and shallow like a lot of newer releases. It does have the Innova VTech shape, which I find extremely comfortable but does have mixed reviews in the community.

Most of my experience is with the third run D Blend Myths, as I purchased a ten pack at the beginning of the season. (It should be noted that the availability of the ten pack, and the low price, is a huge benefit for this disc. There is a lot of advantage in getting a stack of putters for practice and backups, especially when the ten putters you receive will be virtually identical.). The third run is a good blend of DX. Fairly stiff but with some decent softness/give in the texture. This blend chunks more than it scuffs but it maintains stability well.

I have handled a few second run D Blends. The plastic was firmer and slicker than the third run but my sample size is admittedly small.

I really enjoyed bagging Myths and they performed well. They're good off the tee, as approach discs, and in the circle. I actually hit a 210' ace with one this summer, so that was rad too! I recently tried moving away from Myths due to some of the players that Infinite was choosing to support but... I just can't quit the Myth. This disc does everything that I want from about 200 feet and in and is a staple in my bag.

This is a review for the 4th run of myths in d blend plastic. I recently bought a ten pack of myths and I couldn't be happier. I loved the first run of myths for putting, however they were a little iffy in the wind when throwing. This new run feels great and has less inside the circle fade than the first run, while still being able to hold up to more power when thrown hard. I use this disc for just about all shots 300' and in. When thrown at about 300' worth of power flat, I can expect this disc to go straight for 3/4 of the flight followed by a soft smooth fade. This disc will hold any angle very well, and can stand up to some decent headwind. When throwing this disc for absolute max distance I can expect it to have a slight turn or flip up while gliding softly to the right. With a tailwind I've thrown this disc into the 350-375' range, and it flies like an arrow. Highly recommend this disc for all skill levels!

My current favorite putter. I bag this along with an Electron Ion, but I use the Myth for most of my putts inside the circle. I just make sure to get it flat on release and it flies straight for 30', and outside of that range I use the Ion for the extra float on that disc. When I just want a predictable disc that resists wind and torque though, the Myth is what I grab. It's not designed for highlight jump putts outside the circle, but it's like that reliable friend you can always count on to drive you home after you've had a few too many drinks at the bar.

    D Blend 175g

Putting=  Nice deep dish putter. Blunt edge catches chains really well. Flight within 40ft is exactly the same as a p2.

Beaded bottom is not my favorite. Coming from p2s i couldn't get used to them and kept overthinking my putts, with some practice im sure i could get rid of that.

Throwing= The bead actually makes this a better thrower for me. Flies very straight with a touch of fade at the end. it has a decent amount of resistance to turn as well, for being a base plastic putter

overall- if i liked beaded putters i would settle on this one. Very consistent flight and a really good putting putter for infinite to start off with.

Now if they would just make them is glo c or metal flake s

    GAME CHANGER

This putter has been great. Infinite sells them in 10 packs for those of you who are looking to really change your game on the green. I have thrown and tried many putters and the Myth is by far my favorite (I have ordered 2 10 packs). The beaded rim feels great in the hand and the flight is extremely flat for short ranges. Off of the tee it has a late flip up and then a nice stable fade on the end. Very trust worthy and my only approach and putt disc in my bag. Highly recommended.

Been throwing the Myth for 5 months now and the D Blend has nice grip and can take quite a bit of use. Beyond the green its a bit over stable on a long flight.

I got this putter in the ten pack as a gift and it is the only putter I have really liked. The D-Blend plastic is pretty grippy and beaded rim is barely noticeable and feels really good in my hand for putting or driving. To me, this disc feels like a beaded P2 rim with an Aviar top and flies way better in my opinion. After trying this disc out for a while it will definitely be my main putter and I would highly recommend this disc to any beginner trying to develop their putt

I also bought a 10 pack for putting practice. It's a decent putter but not one I would bag. It just does not feel good in my hand. The edge is just too blunt for my liking.

However, I gave my buddy a few as he loves the Myth.

I recently picked up the D-Blend Myth and was very pleased with the disc. The D-Blend plastic feels great in the hand and is nice and grippy. I'm only using this disc as a putting putter and will not be throwing it. The Myth feels similar to a beaded Aviar in the hand. The flight was incredibly reliable and predictable. Inside the circle I could pick my chain link and aim directly at it knowing that the myth was going to fly straight. Longer putts outside the circle felt comfortable with the predictable fade of the Myth. I can see the Myth becoming my primary putter.
