I was looking for a putter to pair with my P2 stiff P-line putter and this is a perfect match. I see a lot of people comparing and contrasting firefly, P2 and Alpacas but to me the are all the exact same Pline P2s we know and love!  Highly recommend.

Alpaca is a phenomenal disc. If you love the P2, or even the ever popular aviar.. the Alpaca is right there at the top! It feels great for putting and has a nice gentle fade at the end of a throw. Give this disc a shot!

Used P2's for putting putters for a while, but the new flex 2 was getting beat up too fast this disc is just as great and is in more durable plastic.

I've been throwing and putting with the D-blend Alpaca's for just over a year, they're great, I'm a fan.  Mine are getting pretty well worn in now, with my go to becoming very soft and puddle topped. Its still great as a putter but its also become a great flip up to turn over throwing putter and that will probably become its primary function.  All this to say that I was looking to pick up a couple fresh putting putters for the season and decided to try the P-blend....and wow. This P-blend plastic is basically the same as KC pro, which I really like. Its smooth and kinda chalky yet, to me, very grippy allowing me generate a good amount of spin. Its neither as stiff nor as slick as the old Innova manufactured p-blend P2.

Brand new it feels about as stiff as new D-blend and it feels like it will beat in similarly but maybe take a touch longer to get there. Overall I'm very excited to be putting with these, I like the plastic so much, I came back to grab a couple back ups.

As throwers, the p-blend are just as glidey and straight as the d-blend and similar to the D, they start out with a slightly stable finish, I suspect they'll finish just right of the line as they beat in.

What sold me on trying this putter was Eric Oakley saying that they are like P2's, but have more glide. I putted with P2's in the past but felt like they drop too quickly. So far it does seem like the Alpaca has more glide. Will be putting with it for the time being. Great disc

The second I placed the Alpaca in my hand I knew I was happy with my purchase. I love the stiff feel of the P-Blend plastic, but it also has a little bit of tack and give in the flight plate that adds to the grip. After one round I felt right at home putting this disc and love it's stability on longer putts.

I also love throwing this putter and have a G-Blend Alpaca on the way so I can have one in a more premium plastic. I was impressed with the glide and I was consistently throwing this disc further than I thought I was capable of. I highly recommend the Alpaca for putting and throwing.

This disc is absolutely great! I got a pair of matching Halloween p-blend alpacas and they are the perfect feel in the hand for me. These ARE P2's, so if that feels comfortable in your hand (like me) this should be your go to if you like the feel of innova putter plastics. This P-blend is a touch more flexible and less chalky than KC pro, so if you like a perfectly stiff putter try the d-blend.

I used to bag P2's when I first started playing as my throwing putter. Then the pandemic hit and P2's became impossible to get. After losing my last P2, I decided to try out the Alpaca. And this is exactly what I wanted/needed. Pretty much a replica of the P2, but somehow feels better in hand. It flies super straight, maybe a little turn if I put some power into it, and then has a very nice, little, dependable fade at the end. I wouldn't give it the full 3 speed, but it does glide very nicely. That being said, this is my new favorite throwing putter and won't be leaving my bag any time soon. Thanks infinite!

The feel of these in P-Blend (KC Pro) is next level. Very stiff putter, with some give outside of the rim for a solid grip. I typically use beaded putters this one just feels great. Very close to P2 and the Firefly. I couldn't really notice a difference but I'm not that picky. Excited to try these in other plastics.

I will start by saying that I am INCREDIBLY bias. I own probably 20 Alpacas, but I do so because they really are the best for me. I have them in I, G, P, and D blend plastic.

As a putting putter, this is the best one I have ever felt in the hand. I prefer a beadless putter, and as someone who is 6'1" with rather large hands, the depth is very welcome. In my opinion, I love the control I have over this putter based on the spin you give it. If you have a spin putt or even push, then you can get this disc to fly on an incredibly straight line without a need to worry about wind pushing you off line. The P and D blend are my choices of plastic for putting, and find them rather similar, but the D is just a touch more grippy to me than the P. I have been putting with the same 2 D blends since March and have played about 200 rounds with them, and they are still in great putting condition.

As a throwing putter, this thing is a dream. It seems more glidey than the numbers indicate, and you can get an easy, yet consistently stable distance. The I blend is a bit more overstable than the G blend, but both have that dependable finish. I prefer to use these on a shot I need to have go dead straight, and depending on ceiling, but anywhere between 0-250 feet.

I would highly recommend this disc to someone who is looking for their first putter or someone who is looking to switch. The major perk is that the disc comes in multiple plastics so if you find you like it in the hand, you can have some subconscious  confidence with having this thing on the tee in premium plastic or in the circle in your preferred plastic.

The Alpaca is a special surprise from Infinite. It was one of the first two discs I bought, and the comparisons to an Aviar or P2 are apt. At the time, I didn't know much about disc characteristics, and bought one at 150g, which is too light for my preference. However, the hand feel is nice and ensures confidence if you like deep putters. I haven't spent much time throwing it as a driver or upshot disc, and at 150g it is perhaps not the best test weight, but it does have some of those nice P2-like characteristics. I personally bag the Lat64 Pure since they feel best in my hand, but if you prefer that classic putter feel, the Alpaca is a great pickup!

I have this in glosparkle plastic. Different plastics may perform differently. Straight flyer with a predictable stable finish. More stable than a dynamic disc judge or disc raft ringer gt (both of which are straight with perhaps a 1/4 less overstability. It is comfortable, but when you have been throwing a Luna, which is pretty shallow, you notice the depth on this disc.  Great if the Luna is too shallow for your paw.  Mine arrived with a bit of a sharp edge at the tip of the lip.  I fired that down and they are nice in the hand. Blue glo is brightest, then white then pearl. Makes for a fun night putting in the dark with the family.

I have really been searching Infinite lately for a replacement for my putting P2s and I'm pretty sure that I have found it with the Alpaca! The numbers may not be the same, but the flight, for me, is exactly what I want. I have only putted with the p-blend so far but will be trying out a d-blend later this week. After some more practice putts I really think this will stay in my bag.
