Need a little Magic in your game? This is a great disc for beginners. This straight flying putt and approach disc will help your game as it has minimal end-of-flight low-speed fade. The Magic is made to be easy to throw. The rim is designed with a gyroscopic weight distribution and a blunt nose that allows it to maintain its spinning motion longer. This great putter is available in several different Gateway plastics.

As others have done I had to get a Magic to round out my Gateway putter selection. I decide to go with SSS just for kicks. It definitely has it's ups and downs. I pretty much only reach for this for my short putts or baskets on a hill. It feels the most like a traditional frisbee of any disc I have. So it might help a beginner who is used to playing frisbee easily transition. I don't find a a lot of uses for an under stable putter but that might just be my game.

The Hemp blend is the perfect grip for starters and I always hand a fresh player a set including a lightweight hemp Assassin, Element and Wizard along with the Magic and it seems to work well for everyone. The SSS is great for a predictable landing however it seems to just bounce off of some chains. This can be super frustrating during a round so make sure to test it out at the putting green if playing a new course. (SS as well) The sustainable product was my initial draw and the rainbow ink looks amazing with the Organic Hemp Blend stamp.

Edit: With some experience I now find this to be one of my favorite putters especially for longer circle 1 putts. Out performs other more popular putters for me.
