I received this disc is a disc golf monthly subscription.  I did something I never do with a disc, I just went out and threw it without looking at numbers or anything.  After throwing it a handful of times, I made my guess, and I was just about right on with what I found.  It is a speed 9-10 with a straight flight and slight fade at the end.  I can get this out to about 300 pretty easily with a BH.  I haven't tried FH with this disc, because I don't typically FH smaller rimmed discs.
I was very happy with the flight and this is a disc that will make my bag for sure.  In comparison, I have a Saint Pro and an Explorer that I throw for similar situations.  It is far more stable than the Saint Pro and a touch longer than the Explorer.  This will be a good slight headwind disc that can be thrown with confidence.  If you don't have a great arm, I wouldn't recommend this, it will probably dump right away.  But if you have a decent arm, this will be a great one!

I'm still not much a a fan of Discraft putting the mold and brand name on the inside of the rim, but that can be worked around.  The Glo plastic is also very good.  I can hit it with a UV and it lights up bright and holds a charge better than some other companies.  I like slightly over-stable discs for glow rounds, so this was perfect for me!

The Vulture is a fantastic disc.  Reminds me of the Innova Thunderbird or Discmania PD.  Probably a little less stable than a PD but has more glide.  I’m finding this disc will go straight for a long time on a solid rip then have a dependable forward penetrating fade.  Sneaky long.  Tons of glide.  Great for flicks as well.  It quickly made my bag and has become my workhorse driver.  Highly recommend!
