The Nuke is my favorite and possibly my further flying Distance Driver.  I can throw the Nuke 425ft(+).  The Big Z plastic once beaten in flies with a nice s hape.

The Big Z Nuke is a great over stable distance driver. At first I thought mine was too over stable, but after beating it in it was a bomber!

One of my favorite discs to forehand the Nuke is crazy comfortable in the hand. I would say that the Nuke is comparable to a destroyer in flight, the Nuke just has a bigger rim which may be uncomfortable for many players. For a beginner I would suggest staying away from the Nuke for a little while until you have a strong enough arm to throw it. If you do have a big arm the Nuke can fly forever and can get huge distance. For most players beginner to intermediate like me you will not be able to throw this super far, it will dump out fairly quickly. I have a Big Z and have thrown it for a little while into quite a few trees and the flight has not changed at all. The nuke can be used for a lot of skip shots and can be shaped on some anhyzer flex lines if you don't have anything more overstable. Overall the Nuke is a great disc for big arms and forehands, and it can be your go to driver for a long time.

I love the Nuke, I was about to buy a Nuke, but I found one at a coarse and it was everything I thought it would be and more, a great disc to throw a long distance flat and then have a reliable fade at the end.

The Nuke in the Big Z plastic is a go-to bomber disc. The higher arm speed players are gonna get a good degree of turn but the discs fade comes in at the end to get a really good S turn for a full distance shot. Slower arms may get the disc to flat with a small amount of turn but a good disc for overall distance and slight headwinds or roaring tail winds.

Out of the box this thing just bombs. Definitely my favorite mold in my bag in terms of shape. After throwing this for a few months, the nuke does a slight hyzer flip up and turn that goes out to ~450 feet. Not my favorite mold for forehand, but it still bombs!

This is my go to distance driver! I love how consistent it is. It will always fade to the right after every throw. I especially love it for flex lines that finish hard right! Overall, a great disc and it's great in wind.

Honestly, this is a solid distance driver. If you need to find a driver that you can put all of your power into and not be afraid of a cut roll or a huge turnover shank, then the Nuke in Big Z could be your answer. There are honestly quite a few discs that can do the job of the Nuke, but there is a level of comfort that the Nuke has in my hand that I can't really find with other discs. I have rather big hands to start with, so the large rim of the Nuke feels really secure for me. If you have a rather slow arm speed, then I would still recommend getting this disc in a lighter weight so you can utilize it for flex shots and hyzer flips once it gets beat in. Paul Ulibarri and other Discraft pros bag this disc for their "bomber" driver, and now I can see why! Give this driver a chance and you may be pleasantly surprised!

This flies the same as an Innova boss/destroyer, or a DD raider.  But it flies much better at low ceiling.  While the others need air to fly, if you power this up it will go over 300ft at 8ft off the ground.  It has a special place in my travel bag as I can shape it in open fields and in the woods.  When you only need one high speed driver and that's it, go with the nuke!

There was a time when I tested a lot of different distance drivers with ratings similar to a destroyer. I wanted to see how similar they all were. So of course, I tried the Nuke. Now, this was before Discraft released the Zeus (which I have also tried) so clearly this disc is faster than a destroyer. But this disc was insanely overstable for me. Way more so than I expected it to be. I don't have the strongest arm out there but I can throw other high-speed discs decently well. The nuke would just crash for me. I could throw it on a super anny line and it would immediately fade out without getting much distance. The rim is also rather uncomfortable. It's too wide, for forehand or backhand. I'm also just not a fan of Discraft printing the name of the mold inside the rim, but that's just me. If you need a meathook, this is your disc. If you need an overstable distance driver that will actually get you distance, look elsewhere.

Similar in flight to the kong, but not as comfortable in the hand. This might be a good disc for an intermediate level player for a nice flex forehand or backhand, but I could never really grip the nuke well. Probably suited for much larger hand than mine...

I'm a big Innova fan but the nuke caught my eye in a local store, and loved the way it felt in my hand. After doing some research on Infinite I decided to order one in Big Z plastic (love the large illustration on the disc). I'm a RHFH driver, the star destroyer and champion wraith are my go to drivers and the nuke fit right in there. I'd say the big z plastic is very comparable to Innova's star. This disc's flight characteristics are very similar to the star destroyer, it seems to fade a little bit less and I generally get 20-30ft more from the nuke. This is my new go disc, I'd recommend picking one up!

This disc in three words: Comfortable, Controllable, and Fast.     Comfortable: This disc feels great in hand for backhands, forehands, and overheads. You would be hard pressed to find a disc that feels better.            Controllable: While this disc cannot do everything, it can do most things. Effortless distance. big hyzer. pretty straight shot. flex shot. stays controllable in the wind.            Fast: this disc is very fast, for beginners it can be the reliably fading disc, for me, it is effortless distance backhand and forehand. relatively easy to flip over, especially in wind, but with a tiny bit more angle, do able.

I sure do love me some nuke. I've only been throwing my nuke for a month or 2 now but it is the most used and consistent disc in my bag at this point. Definitely not a beginner disc, gotta put some good power behind this disc to have it really work the way it should, if you dont have the power to get out passed the 300' mark yet, this is not the disc for you. I'm not the most powerful thrower by any means but the nuke helps me get the most distance for my drives and is one of my most predictable drivers. I've heard the nuke most closely compared to the innova destroyer, however I know alot of people throwing destroyers, and they seem to be all over the map as far as flight paths go, I would tentatively say the nuke is the more consistent of the two, however unpopular that opinion might be. I'm also slightly biased being a discraft fan, my only innova disc is a sexy bird, which I use mostly for flex shots. In conclusion if you've got some decent power to put behind it, the nuke is definitely worth giving a shot. I did and I'll never look back.

This is absolutely not a beginner disc. That being said, I don't have the strongest arm either, so this is a forehand only disc for me. It's the absolute go to driver for flex shots and anything less than 250' that requires a hard right finish. I've tried replacing this disc with a Destroyer and a few others but absolutely nothing is as consistent as the Nuke. It's been a part of my bag for almost 6 years and unless Discraft can somehow make a better disc than this, it will always have a place in my bag.

I will start off by saying that if you do not have the arm speed to controllably throw 400'+, the Nuke is likely not the best disc for you. It is not beginner friendly, nor was it designed to be for newer players. The Nuke will help the Advance to Professional player reach maximum distance, with a fair amount of control. For me, this disc works fantastically both forehand and backhand as a maximum distance driver. It can handle a lot of power and will turn a fair amount, before kicking in that reliable fade at the end. The Big Z plastic is IMO the best compromise between grip (ESP) and durability (Z). Pick up one today to help reach  that maximum distance!!

The Nuke is a very fast slightly overstable driver with a thin svelte profile. This allows it to cut through the air very quickly and for me made this a great driver to throw on low sweeping S curve shots.

The Big Z plastic is a very pretty pearly blend that doesn't have the chalky feel I often take issue with Elite Z.

The Nuke will fly very overstable, though usefully so for moderate to intermediate power levels and more stable to understable for throwers with more power.

The shallow grip makes the large rim more manageable and it feels very nice in the hand

I won't be bagging one but I can see why it is so popular.
