That's it. Everyone can go home. The Big Z Luna is the greatest throwing putter ever.

This disc is the best putter in existence. It flies exactly where i want it to and anyone who watches Anthony Barela play knows its perfect for any tough situation

Feel- This putt/approach disc is a little deeper than I might like but still comfortable. I probably wouldn't forehand this disc but it does wonders with the backhand.

Flight- Flies extremely straight and is surprisingly torque resistant. You can work it left or right quite easily and it will hold the line you put on it. This disc is glidier and goes further than the numbers suggest and to me it makes it more desirable.

Use- I usually use this disc to hit gaps and for downhill holes. I love how I can give it height and it will just glide all the way to the pin without going too far.

As most people know and from what I was expecting, it is definitely not as stable as the number might suggest. But that does have its role and can provide a lot more distance than most throwing putters. I do like the reliability of my Envy a little more but as I get used to the Luna more it may find its spot for me. Other downside is how expensive it is compared to other putters and discs in general.

These are without a doubt my favorite throwing putters. While the flight numbers are incredibly wrong, they just fly so well. I get a flip up and drift and it will fade back or get to flat depending on the height.

Pretty reliable disc after a couple of throws. Absolutely does not fly like the flight numbers suggest. Would say it is fairly torque resistant for a putter so it is a good disc to hammer down your putter lines.

Great disc if you want a straight flyer. Not a great disc if you are looking for a disc that fits the advertised flight numbers. I bought this disc looking for an approach disc with an overstable finish - guess what, it doesn't do that at ALL. If you put any kind of speed on it the disc flies dead freakin straight with almost zero fade.

tl:dr buy the luna if you want a putter that flies very straight and you want to pay a lot of money for it. If you want something overstable save your money and look somewhere else.

Save your money!  Instead of this overpriced and overrated disc, just get a Challenger with the same flight path.  Even a Shark has more fade.

And if you really want a 3 fade, look at Roc or Ghost (speed 4), Stabilizer (speed 3), or maybe a Challenger OS (but I don't know if it's true to numbers either - I haven't tried that one and not sure if I'd trust them after this experience).  Reviews on youtube confirm that the Luna is a rather straight flyer, and you really need to throw all plastic variants nose-up to get any kind of fade out of it (and even then, most plastics are net 0).  In my book, as a 0 3, this disc is a fail.

However, once you figure out what it really is, and want a straight predictable flying approach or putter with mild fade, something like a Buzzz but lower speed, this could be for you. (actually my Z Buzzz has more fade than the Luna).

This mold looks like they took the Challenger mold and added 1mm extra rim width.  I really see no other difference.

I'm quite perplexed that this disc is double the price of a challenger, so hyped up, and at a premium over something as common as a Shark (4 4 0 2), which has more fade than this.  I don't know what's up with Discraft, but there's no way this is a 0 3 by any stretch of the imagination.

The Luna makes for a very expensive over-priced putter, with a very nice looking stamp in Big-Z.

Not true to numbers at all.

Thrown at 2 speed, it's maybe a 0 2, thrown at rated 3 speed, it's acting more like a -1 1 , handling just like a Buzzz.  Even my Z Buzzz is more overstable than the Luna!

I really needed a disc with a 0 3 rating, for a short dog leg tunnel shot that needs a hard fade at the end.  This is nowhere near the numbers they gave it.

    This is a huge disappointment.

Like everyone else is saying, this is a fantastic throwing putter for easy and controlled hyzerflip to straight shots with no turn and barely any fade until the very end of the flight.

Big Z plastic is a bit slick for my liking, and the rim of the Luna is a bit small for me but it feels like when I get a perfect hyzer release it just launches out of my hand with like zero drag on my fingers and flies exactly where I want it to.

I haven't thrown many other lines with this disc but I do know it holds them pretty well, I would assume throwing it on a baby flex or turnover, it would stable out a bit at the end of the flight, but mine came a bit puddle topped so it's just my point and shoot disc.

Any tight gap im reaching for this disc

This is my favorite throwing putter I have ever thrown. Such an easy disc to throw, a very straight flying disc for lower arm speeds, and has a little flip-up turn for faster arm speeds. Great for every player and a must-have in the bag.

I like how this disc comes out of my hand when putting. Doesn't scrape my fingers at all, just a smooth clean release every time. This disc is also good for driving with too. Flies really straight unless I put a ton of power on it. The stamp is pretty neat looking too.

This disc is my favorite disc in the planet,of all time ever made made. I love throwing it flat and having it resist high speed turn, and glide over to the left. I would recommend anybody to get this disc, you know if you are filthy rich. This disc is also great for flex shots,or slow-panning anhyzer shots. I also love the stamp on mine is a green with purple stamp. I also love the way this big z plastic feels for a driving putter in my hand. This limited edition big z luna is an incredible driving, and approach putter.??

This is a really nice disc. I can throw it 300 on a heiser release, and I also use it for putting. It's a great putter as well, good for any kind of putt. It feels really good in the hand and I am lucky to have one.

May be the best disc ever made.

I was asked the question, "If you could only play disc golf with 1 disc for the rest of your life, what would it be?"

Without hesitation, Big Z Luna was my answer. I can reach 300' easily with it on any line. Tee bird? Not needed, Buzz? Not Needed. Big Z Luna can do all those things but easier due to the ease of use.

These are collectors and no one is throwing them. It's a shame. It would easily win Disc of the Year if it weren't a limited release of 1500.
