The Vulture seems to be an underrated disc in Discraft's fairway/control driver lineup.  I throw this disc pretty often on holes in the 320-360ft range, it has a nice combination of speed, glide, and stability.  It's not a flashy disc and it won't blow you away with it's distance, but it's very versatile and predictable.

I have two Vultures, one in ESP Swirl and one in Big Z.  They're both comfortable to hold and the plastics feel good.  The ESP Swirl is pretty flat with not much dome, and the ESP plastic has a little bit of give.  My Big Z Vulture has a huge pop-top dome and the plastic feels very stiff and firm, but seems durable.  I think the flight of this disc changes a lot depending on the plastic.  My ESP Swirl Vulture flies pretty close to its flight numbers, it's very straight with pretty good glide and distance potential and has a decently strong fade.  If I throw it too hard on an anhyzer shot it won't fight out of it and will just hold the anhyzer angle.  I like to throw it on straight controlled distance shots where I can rely on its consistent fade.  It fights the wind pretty well and also feels good for my forehand.

The Big Z Vultures seem to be much more overstable, mine is a real meathook.  It will fight out of almost any flex shot and finished with a hard skip.  I wasn't expecting it to be so beefy, it flies like a slower Raptor.  I find I can still get good use out of it, I mostly throw it for flex shots and for dogleg holes that are in that in between distance.

    This disc is MONEY!

I bought one of the 6 claws just because it looked sweet. After throwing it for the first time, it instantly found a spot in my bag. I mainly throw forehands with Wraiths and Firebirds, and I always struggled to find a disc that could fill in the distance between those two discs. The Vulture is exactly that! It flies like a slightly shorter-distance Wraith which is perfect. Highly recommend this disc to anyone who likes the flight of the Wraith.

This is one of the best Discraft discs released in recent memory.  If you were a fan of the out-of-production Flash this is the disc for you.  Oh, you've never thrown a Flash? This is still the disc for you.  It is absurdly controllable and will get great distance with minimum effort.  There is a reason a lot of the up and coming Discraft pros immediately put this in their bags.
