I throw a 175g sword in the VIP X plastic and really like it.  It is an over stable disc that is equally as comfortable to throw backhand and forehand.  It flies similar to my old, beat up champion destroyer (which is my favorite destroyer and driver in my bag).  It is over stable, but is perfect for releasing on a slight anny line, ending in a reliable and predictable fade.  It feels a tad bit glidier than my destroyers, but that's what I like about it!  This disc will definitelty stay in my bad!
