The Swan 1 Reborn uses the mold of the original Westside Swan that was discontinued, but that has now been brought back. This Swan version is more understable than the Swan 2 that has been around for the last few years. This disc is amazingly straight for any arm speed right out of the box. This is a great putter for long, straight putts.

Not recommended for throwing as it is a bit deep, but if that's your thing than you may love it.

The hard plastic shows marks almost like it enjoys it. The plastic beats in quickly and leads to a unique disc every time. Great grip from it for putting especially, maybe a bit too sticky on the hand for throwing in my experience.

The stability is great for beginning as it was straight, to even turning as it was still brand new. May be a bit unfriendly for smaller hands for putting as it felt really deep.

I had a funny attraction to this disc starting out because I thought it would be insanely understable being so slow and inherently understable. I had a great time throwing it while it stayed in my bag, but grew out of it when I started changing my form and throwing even slightly harder.

As a big fan of the Swan 2, I thought that this might fly like a seasoned version of the Swan 2. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The Swan 1 Reborn is basically unusable for me. When given any power, it flips into such a hard turnover that it's practically a roller at anything over about 50% putter-power. Even with the most extreme hyzer angle, it rolls all the way over to the right, even with a control-grip. I suppose a small child or someone playing their first round of disc golf ever might have more success, but honestly, these are the only two categories of people who this this could potentially work for.

In a nutshell, this disc flies like one of those lightweight, cheapo discs you get at Walmart for like a dollar. The ones kids use at the beach. Or picture taking a beat up 150 DX Leopard and throwing it full speed directly into a headwind.

If you're looking for an understable disc golf putter, look no further than the Sawn *2*. That's the disc you're looking for.

Great for beginners, especially in the hard plastic. It beats in for a great turnover disc, but is a great straight flyer in the meantime. Great for learning spin control, it can do everything that you need it to.

After 2 throws I knew this was going to be my new putter. It fits my hand perfectly and the release just feels right. It flies smooth and is easy to control, for me at least. I haven't tried it for any distance throws and I likely won't as I have other discs for that. But as far as putters go, this has to be my favorite. Plus the burst colors/design are amazing. And that stamp ??

I just tried this disc out today... wow... what a hyper flip machine! I got great distance out of this as a driver. Putting with this is a breeze if you have a slight hyper release when putting.
