The Ruru is another classic deep dish putter. It sort of reminds me of a domey dagger. It flies nice and straight no matter how you throw it. For putts, it was pretty glidey which was nice to reach the basket from longer distances. On upshots and drives, it pops up to go straight and slowly fades as it slows down. If you put too much torque, it'll flip over on you.

I much preferred the Ruru for putting over driving, as I just couldn't get a good driving grip on the deep rim. Plus, I prefer something more overstable for driving.

If you are okay with deeper putters, give this thing a shot- it comes in so many beautiful plastics and the stamp is sick!

The RURU putter is a great addition to the line of beautiful discs from RPM Discs. The TUI putter is already a favorite of mine. Where the TUI is more of an understable putter which also works nicely for lightly thrown upshots, the RURU is more stable, making it a beefier putter that also works for longer upshots or putter drives. It has a very rounded edge and a micro bead, giving it a somewhat unique feel. I find the RURU to be a great throwing putter that I can use for putts and approaches where I need to worry more about angles or obstacles.

The stock stamp is also beautiful, fitting in with the unique look that RPM has established.
