The Ruru is exactly what it is, a lid style putter that wont "go the distance" but will float really nicely and sit where it lands.  I personally would not use this as my putting putter due to it being a bit deep.  That being said, I love it for throwing and circle 2 soft bids.  The best way to describe this disc is that it is kind.  Even when I throw it poorly it still finds a way to not flip over and glides out a decent throw.

I got the glow version and wish I could have bought 10. It's going to be my new putter as soon as I get a stack to practice properly with!

My go to approach disc

Any backhand any line I'm using this disc from 150ft in. I feel confident throwing it and can almost pencil in 2 more shots on the scorecard except a few times I've made shots from 40-60 ft out.

Forehands and putts I use a different disc.

Grabbing another one soon just in case as I'm a second year player and have settled on this approach disc after trying about 8 total approach discs out.
