The D3 is the thinnest disc in the Prodigy distance driver line, with a height of just 1.7 centimeters. Like the D1 and D2, this is another ultra-fast driver with a 2.3cm wide rim. The D3 is said to be a stable-flying driver with incredible glide. Prodigy recommends this disc for hyzer flip shots, but it's stable enough that it’s not going to turn over on powerful throws.

Picked up a D3 Air 158g.  This has EASILY become the longest disc in my bag when thrown correctly.  The D3 loves to be hyzer flipped up and take a massive turn out to the right (RHBH) and always finishes with a decent end of flight fade.  The D3 can be used for gigantic hyzer lines as well as pure distance throws.  For the Air series, I personally think the flight numbers are right on the money.

Recently bought a Prodigy Air D3, and it added 40 feet to my drive. Wonderful disc!
