The Bravo Harpoon is a great disc, but Im not sure I use it the way it was intended. The manufacturer calls it a midrange, but for me it's doesn't fit that bill. Its much more of an approach disc, similar in feel to the Zone (though even more shallow than the Zone) but less OS. It just doesnt have the carry of what many consider traditional mids, whether that's a Buzzz, Roc, Hex, etc. Instead what this disc has is a good mix of glide, stability, and speed making it very controllable and predictable in a myriad of situations. It can be used on medium to longish approach shots backhand or forehand, it can handle many different angles of release with consistent results, and its a pretty good wind fighter. So yeah, very much so a less OS Zone, which is a great tool to have in your bag.

This small diameter disc is am extremely reliable  approach discs that you can trust to sit in any situation. Think of a perfectly worked in Zone but small diameter and shallow. This is a great addition to anyone's bag beginner to pro

This disc is awesome. It is very thin, or shallow, whichever term you prefer, with a flat top. The shallowest disc I remember ever throwing. Mine actually arrived with a puddle top. With my power and throw style, this flies like a brand new premium plastic Envy. I have been throwing base plastic envy's for awhile and can throw them dead straight with no turn or fade to about 300-320. This disc is almost the same with just a tiny bit of fade at the end. I think the flight numbers are spot on. This will replace my envy's and become my new off the tee straight putter disc. I have loved it so far.

The plastic is soft. It is not quite as soft as G star, but it is definitely one of the softer premium plastics I have felt. Great grip. I am a fan of this plastic, though on a max distance driver, it may be a little too soft. However I think this is a perfect plastic for Fairways and below.

I am trying the entire line of Lone Star Discs and I love every one of them so far. Highly recommend.

The Harpoon is a great approach disc! I definitely agree it feels very similar to the Discraft Zone. It's been a while since I've thrown the zone but I feel like the Harpoon isn't as stable. The plastic was a bit soft for my liking but the swirls are pretty!

Throwing Bravo plastic at 4,400 ft in Utah. To me, 5 stars = incredible disc 4 stars = good & dependable disc. I don't give out too many 5 star ratings.

This Harpoon felt really comfortable in my hands. It feels really similar to the Zone. I think it is a little more shallow than the Zone to be precise.  I really enjoyed flicking this disc, it fit real comfortable in my sidearm grip. The Bravo plastic is strong and durable, offering good grip. I have confidence that this will last a long while.

I find that the numbers aren't too accurate. It acted more overstable than depicted. Making fly pretty straight and then dumping out of the sky. I found this disc quite useful as an approach disc. If I didn't have an overstable putter that I absolutley love, I would bag this one for sure. It is a solid disc, that I enjoyed throwing. Definitley deserves to be recommended to people who want an overstable approach disc.
