The Harpoon is a great, straight to slightly stable approach disc, perfect for backhands and forehands alike, for any distance from 100-300 feet. More overstable in the Delta and Victor plastics, but if you get a nice domey premium blend Harpoon, it will be a bit more stable.

I was pleasantly surprised with this disc. I got it out of a mystery box and didn't think much of it until I bagged it for the first time. After throwing It for a round, I realized just how awesome this disc is. Mine is certainly less stable than a zone and can pretty much hold whatever line I put it on while still reliably fading at the end. I can certainly throw my harpoon farther than my zone, however, the low glide restricts this disc to short tee shots and upshots for me.

Great feeling rim and a straight flying midrange that slows and fades nicely. Not incredibly fast or glidey but that's good thing.

The Harpoon is a valuable tool for the bag!

My first impression of this mold was not all that good. I was expecting the Harpoon to be a long and glidey mid-range. It let me down because that is not what it's for.

The Harpoon's job is to find the green and stop, and that's exactly what it does!

Side-arm or backhand, this disc will fly straight to its target and slowly fade to a stop.

The Alpha molds have a slower fade than the Bravo/ Glow.
