The Spike is an innovative disc that is excellent for both midrange and approach shots. This disc will fly flat for up to 300 feet. The Spike has a shallow grip and smooth edge. It also has “traction zones” on top that increase grip and lead to a clean accurate release.

The Spike is a putt and approach disc from Latitude 64. The Spike has an interesting feel to it, it is very low profiled and fits in the hand well, but it has these odd grip pads on it. I get the idea of the pads, but I wasn't a fan of them at all. This disc flies more like a midrange than a putter, I would not use this disc for putts, it feels a bit too fast. It was easy to control on approach shots and off the tee, but with so many options for those shots, the Spike is not a disc that I would look to throw.

Good neutral flight for putting, but I have a bit of difficulty getting consistent releases when throwing it because it's so shallow and the rim is kind of hard to grip. If this was beaded or had a different rim shape I think I would be able to throw it better and thus would give it a 5/5, but as it is I just keep it in my bag for putting on calm days where its neutral flight really shines.

Zero Hard 175g. Shallow putter that flies straight. This disc suffered from the fact that I fell in love with my XT colts for putting and my R pro colt for drives. Between those two discs, this one really doesn't have a spot in my bag. It was a serviceable putter, but I felt I had a tendency to turn over a little too much on drives due to mentally worrying about getting stuck on the track pads on top.

The best putter ive ever used. This putter wants to hit chains ive had more putts go in from almost 100ft out with this putter than any putter. I have made more 50ft putts with this putter than i can count its great. I absolutely love this disc and will continue to use it for clutch putts that are farther than 25 ft. I currently own a wizard, avair,xt nova, pure, magnet, and prodigy putter all of these pale in comparison to my spike . Ive won doubles games because of this well crafted putter. Ive suprised myself with some of the putts ive hit with this thing. Dont even think about it just buy this putter and start making those far putts

Greatest putting putter Latitude makes in my opinion. Shallow grip, small diameter, fast putter with great glide. The traction grip top may seem like a gimmick but they are really great. The Zero line plastic is perhaps the best base line plastic on the market today. Firm yet tacky. Stiff yet soft enough to grab those links and hold on. Unfortunately, they discontinued the Grip Line versions of this disc as it was the best driving putter around. They were more like midranges then putters in Grip. According to Latitude, they will be releasing this disc in Gold Line sometime this winter. If you are in need of a faster putter, like shallow rims or are just looking to try out something new for driving, you cannot go wrong with this disc.
