Love this disc. I found that my sweet spot for disc speed is 10-11, especially after throwing the Grace. The Grace got me some of the farthest throws I have done. The only problem is they break in to be a little more understable, so I decided to try the Flow. I really love the Flow, that little bit more of stability gave me that little bit more control. I don't throw it as far as the Grace but get the exact flight path I am going for with 300+ft of distance. Highly recommend for throwers with some experience as well as beginners that are getting to the distance driver speed(though I personally suggest staying on 9spds and just doing field work with distance drivers for awhile). 

This is the best distance driver I have ever thrown. Just the right amount of stability for my 400 foot arm. Rides pretty close to dead straight, glides amazingly well and goes as far as anything I've tried without the big right to left or left to right movement. The Opto X Chameleon plastic is superb. Firm and grippy, looks great. Easy 5 star disc. I bought 4 more just to have backups.
