Go with the Flow. The Latitude 64 Flow has been put to the test and the results show that this is one of the BEST discs for forehand drives for intermediate players. This disc has the right sized rim (2.2cm) and the right amount of speed, glide, turn, and fade to provide a consistent release and maximum distance. The Flow glides farther than almost any other disc on the market. This relatively stable distance driver is also excellent for backhand throws.

I got this disc for Christmas. I haven't used many discs this light (around 155), but my first few throws were amazing. It holds a great line and doesn't require too much technical knowledge to use well. Great disc.

My first few years in the sport, Air Saints and Air Escapes were a staple in my bag. I was typically throwing these discs 320', but had trouble either finding these discs at the light weights I wanted, or they were real inconsistent from run to run. On a whim I tried the Air Flow, and I've never taken to a disc so quickly. The Air Flow is longer than the Escape or Saint, and in between in stability. The Saints would turn and burn if I didn't have just the right touch and throw height. Escapes were reliable, but I didn't always want a hard fade. The Flow mixes the best of both, and now I have picked up a few more Flows. It's high speed turn is more of a slide, and I've yet to have a turn and burn at my power level (330' typical, 55 mph). If you have good form and can keep the nose down as you are supposed to, this disc is very consistent. I can shape lines with this disc better than most too. It's behavior is predictable in wind, and is easily manageable up to about 10 mph crosswind or 5 mph headwind without being too flippy. The disc maintains height very well, and doesn't seem to climb on me, nor do low throws settle out too soon. I find the Trilogy Air plastic to be fairly durable, and it actually breaks in slower than Trilogy recycled plastic. Yes, it will continue to become less stable over time, but I get a good two years out of my Air plastic - way better than Innova Blizzard plastic. For me, this disc finishes about 20' to the right of my release point (RHBH) and has a smooth and subtle S curve flight. The Air Flow is similar to a Havoc or an Air Trespass, or a Sorcerer, or a Halo, all of which I've tried, but I like the Air Flow better. I seldom need something more understable, and if I do, I'm reaching for a beat Tern or a Maul. If you need a bit more stability and distance, try a Sheriff, Air Giant, or Recycled Giant.

This is my go to distance driver. I have four of them in different plastics and weights.  The Flow is a longer flying version of the Saint, if I snap it on a hyzer-flip line I can expect it to fly around 350ft to 375ft reliably without flipping it over or having it tank at the end of the flight.

With that said, I am a predominantly RHBH thrower, and 375 is about my max distance. The first time I reached for a flow was for a more stable companion to my Renegade. I find that this is a good neutral to stable disc when thrown at speed, and a stable disc when thrown at less power (around 60%).

I would definitely recommend this disc to people who are playing at an intermediate to advanced level to help with throwing smoothly. When the disc is thrown with a jerky motion it becomes unpredictable, and often times slightly more stable than one would suspect.

I have two of these in Gold line that are decently beat in and can hold an anhyzer with a predictable come back at the end.  I have a max weight Opto which will hold straight in a head wind, and my Opto Air which at 160g is on the heavy end of an air disc, and will pop up into a slight s-bend before fading slightly at the end of the flight.

I cannot stress how much I love this disc!

(I should note that I am an advanced woman player.)

This has been a tough disc for me to figure out. I picked one up on a whim looking for something not overly stable that would hold up well on forehands. Though this disc does seem to fit that bill especially on calm days, this thing climbs on me like nothing I have ever thrown and then with the Opto Air plastic it presents some serious problems once it gets high as it gets tossed all over the place. With that said, overall it's just been a real inconsistent experience for me with this one, and though it performs fairly well on a calm day, I am more comfortable bagging something like the Westside Northman that I haven't had lift issues with or at a minimum avoiding the Air plastic and just sticking to the Opto.
