Go with the Flow. The Latitude 64 Flow has been put to the test and the results show that this is one of the BEST discs for forehand drives for intermediate players. This disc has the right sized rim (2.2cm) and the right amount of speed, glide, turn, and fade to provide a consistent release and maximum distance. The Flow glides farther than almost any other disc on the market. This relatively stable distance driver is also excellent for backhand throws.

I usually don't bother with writing reviews but this disc is truly outstanding, at least for me. It feels better in my hand than any other distance driver and I always manage to get a good release. It flies fast and glides like crazy, and you don't need a huge arm. RHBH and flat release I get a mostly laser straight flight with a dependable but mild fade at the end.

Also the Opto plastic is the best in the game and having used 4x different Flows they all fly very similar so manufacturing consistency is outstanding. I have been trying other Trilogy discs due to my love of this plastic.

I bought this disc in Opto plastic because I was getting to much turn on my Grace in Royal plastic. This disc was rated with less turn. I was getting too much fade with my Innova Krait (which is basically a larger diameter Wraith). The FLOW had more turn than my Grace, but few further by 5 to 10 feet depending on wind. The Flow can crash and burn on an Annie throw in the wind. It has the same flight pattern as my Pro Innova Destroyer.

I just bought this disc used and threw it for the first time today. Let me put it this way... Hole 11 at Kenney Park is the toughest birdie to get on the course. I threw the Flow for the very first time on hole 11 and put it in circle 2 and nailed the putt for the birdie. I don't know anything else I could say that would be a higher compliment for this disc than that.

It has more dome than I typically prefer in a disc, but it does lend to more glide and a more gradual fade than a flat topped disc. Needless to say, I see this disc getting some big distance in my future as I throw it more and more. It fits a great slot between my more stable (but still understable) Opto Havoc and my Sorcerer.

My absolute favorite straight distance driver. I've had my domey opto 170g flow in the bag for 7 years + and it's still doing great. I've also had a couple flatter gold line flows over the years but the domey opto is definitely my favorite as it is more high speed stable than the flat one. For me this is a great full power hyzer flip disc with tremendous glide. On a good pull it will flip up slightly past flat, ride the line forever and then finish with small to no fade. Latitude 64's description of this being like a longer fairway driver is pretty spot on in my opinion. This is the one high speed  driver in my bag I feel very comfortable powering down on for long second shots to the basket. For me it's very point and shoot type of disc. Having a good amount of turn it's more of finesse driver that gives me all sorts of shop shaping ability. It's my go to long distance turnover disc to stay turned over on a flat release. This disc excels in tailwinds and the occasional high altitude round due to the tremendous glide. Only time it doesn't due well is into a headwind, but that's the cost of having extra glide. The disc feels great in my hand with a deeper feel. The rim is 2.2mm which I feel like is the sweet spot for distance vs accuracy. For reference to my description I throw this disc around the 400ft mark. I would say this flys very similar to a westside sword or dd trespass. Great disc that I would highly recommend trying. I'd suggest getting a domey one if you are a more advanced player for the extra high speed stability.

Gold line Flow was my first high speed driver and was pretty overstable for me in the beginning. I have used it for over 3 years now and it is one of my favorite discs. I use it for straight drives and for my sidearm max distance shots. I have thrown my farthest sidearm shots with this disc. Overall a great and underrated disc.

I used the Flow as a forehand disc for about a year, and it could handle all the power I gave it. Now that it's pretty beat in, and my form is considerably better, I use it mostly for backhand shots, and it's one of the straightest flying discs in my bag. There are a 3 or 4 discs that I would hate to ever lose, and this would be one of them. Forego getting a Wraith. Go with the Flow.

I don't know why I am just now trying the flow out.  The glide is literally insane.  This disc reminds me of a longer CD2, stable but workable.  I will be buying a few more of these.

The Flow is a fantastic disc for both forehand and backhand distance drives. It's a disc that loves being thrown with power on most any line and has glide for days! It typically does not fade as hard as an Innova Wraith nor is it as understable as a Discraft Thrasher. It might be one of the most versatile distance drivers I have ever thrown; with good form it can be thrown to shape a wide range of tee shots. I have had multiple in different plastic types and love how they all do virtually identical flights.

If you're at a stage in your game where you feel you have decent form and power to throw a distance forehand drive, then the Flow might be a great addition to your bag and game.

One of my favorite distance drivers I have thrown. Great glide and straight flight for a distance speed disc. Of course it will turn and fade some but not as much as others. Glide is legit 6.

I use to throw these back about 5 years ago, I am throwing Wraiths in this spot now but could easily switch back to these. 5 Stars!

The Flow is a really good speed 11 neutral driver. My initial thoughts were that it flew much like Innova's Wraith. The Flow glides well and has a nice dome to it. I found it accurate to just over 400'.

The Flow likes to be thrown hard, and isn't flippy. It'll turn just a little on hard rips, but always fades back decently. This mold is much like the Musket, but a speed faster and with slightly better glide.

I like the Flow, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a workhorse speed 11 driver. It flies like a Wraith and is capable of good distance if thrown hard. The Flow does well in headwinds too. I can't really come up with anything negative to say about this one. It flies as advertised.

I use the flow for very minimum turn and fade shots. It holds a great line, point and shoot really. And the glide is fantastic!! The disc just goes for days! Recommend trying it if you need a straight shooting disc that can reach over 300ft

Early on in my playing my friend David had me get a g-star Destroyer, but I feel like this is the disc he should have recommended. It's a lot more user friendly, even now that I can handle a Destroyer I'm still loving the lines I can get with my flow. I love how long it holds anhyzer lines, and still has a predictable fade at the end.

I got this because I read it flies like a beat in Wraith.  I'll get to the comparison in a minute but I have to get right to the rim. It's horrible. It is a deep rim and wide.  Not a good feeling disc at all.  Ok back to the comparison, I'd say maybe.  I bought this in 2 different plastics and I'd say they fly very close to a wraith, only slower.  The -1, 2 is viable but the disc just felt so bad in my hand maybe I wasn't getting good releases on it.  After a handful of throws with both discs, they immediately went to my sell/trade pile of discs.  I regret buying them.  There's a reason this disc isn't popular and it's the rim.  Buy the wraith over this disc every time.

Decent disc but it has inconsistencies .  Most Flow's are to domey and it causes them to over react to wind any wind.  Also the stability and flight changes drastically through the different weights from light to max weight.  172 plus and they are actually closer to overstable. the lighter weights get drastically less stable.  in most molds there is a change when you get various weights but with the flow it is to extreme and inconsistent. Trust and control is what you want so the flow just confuses me.  Its not bad but not great.

I love this disc. At the risk of sounding like a trilogy pusher, for a RHFH, it is a longer Wraith. It can hold a very straight line with a little fade at the end. HOWEVER, if you throw a lot of spin on the disc, be leery of the skip. I throw a 173 Opto, I've maxed out at 300 with this disc, which is about all I have. This will get more stable the windier it is.

This disc is a good disc, it feels very good in the hand. The rim is a little sharp at the end and it is a good thickness to fit comfortably in the hand. The opto plastice is great, very durable and grippy.

The stability of this disc is a little understable. It is a great disc for some good distance. I didn't fall in love with this disc instantly. I haven't experimented with it all that much. The shapability is unkown to me, I would assume that it is easily to manipulate due to the understability of the disc.

Throwing this disc for distance is pretty typical. It goes about the the same distance as all my other drives.

Overall its an alright disc, I didn't love it with the throws that I have thrown. But it holds true to what the description of the flight path.

Opto 173. This disc is something I just picked up for fun, trying to get every Lat disc and started throwing this and so far I love it and is a staple in my back for this season. For me, I can put it on any line and get good distance out of it. I can throw it hard like I would a 14 spped or slower like a 7 speed and still get good distance. KInd of a inbetween for my World/Giant/Havoc and my Fury/Saint/Culverin. Also something if im unsure about a hole and just want to throw it out for a good first throw and then set myself up for a good upshot, I will use the Flow.

I have an Opto 171g, pop-top Flow that I have been throwing for a couple of weeks now.

Comparisons to the wraith are apt in my opinion. I have owned a few wraiths, and this domey flow that I have flies every bit as fast and as stable as the wraith, and even some of the less domey star destroyers. I noticed significantly more glide out of this distance driver than my outlaws and destroyers. It consitently flies about 10-15 feet farther than my destroyers and outlaws which is why it found a place in my bag.

Overall a great controllable distance disc. If you have 400+ power, make sure you find a nice domey one for that stability

The Flow is a thorn in my side. The first time I ever let it fly, I had the drive of my life. Since then I have been desperately trying to repeat that feat with absolutely no success. I'm not sure what it is, but the Flow just doesn't feel right in my hand and the grip is off. The opto plastic is amazing, but there are other Lat64 drivers out there that I would recommend. The Flow just doesn't do it for me.

A fast, predictable driver. Opto is a little more stable than the Gold Line. As is the case with most Latitude 64, excellent glide. This disc is similar to a Discraft Surge or Innova Wraith. Opto plastic is the most durable plastic I have ever seen. Gold Line is the most beautiful plastic I have ever seen.
