The VRoc was the very first disc I ever owned. This disc has stayed in my bag ever since. I carry one in each type of plastic. I have one that's really beat in and turns over, I have one that is brand new and is great for flex lines, and I have a G-Star that's rather overstable. I absolutely love this disc. It is a really good glidey 4 speed disc. The VRoc is a perfect disc for shots longer than a putter but shorter than a fairway driver.

Got this as a mystery disc a while ago. Had the sharpest edge I've ever felt on a disc. Feel is ok but not a big fan of the roc line mids.

This disc was given to me by my dads friend, however, I would totally pay full price for one. It feels very good in my hand, and flies pretty far for a 4 speed, especially with my power.

Love it, my go-to mid range. Super predictable, true to ratings. Straight flyer with a basically identical fade every time. Speed 4 is lovely, can basically just toss it out there and it'll do what it's designed to do.

You guys, I didn't think the Roc could get any better. I have a DX Roc beat in perfectly, and  regardless of the wind it goes not only where I throw it, but where I want it. It's like we're symbiotically connected. Truthfully, I don't even know why I bought it. I have a half million midranges, and quite a few stable ones at that. Money wise, I got away with murder splurging on this one. The flight characteristics are on point, once again. Before I go one, I would like to say that this is as much a five star review of the VRoc as it is a five star review for Innova. Seriously, well done lads. How on earth do you make a disc with such a low speed that keeps its line no matter what? I'm not joking, you can absolutely torque this thing with a tailwind and it won't turn over, but the fade is pronounced. Well, pronounced as it can be for being a fade 1. Here's the thing, I'm not generally a fan of lower speed discs in premium (see 'Champion') plastic. I have good friends who swear by their Mako3's, and a little brother who adores the Shark3. Yeah, cool, whatever. I'm just not that kind of girl, Doctor Jones. I will say that the Champion plastic here is incredible, it gives me that same shot of confidence when I have a distance driver in that plastic. You really owe it to yourself to pick up your new favorite midrange.

PROS: The reigning king of parking next to the basket.

    CONS: None, dummy.

    175g Champion Vroc

This was my first ever midrange purchase and as such it has been in my bag for 6 years. The Champ plastic has beat in very nicely to the point where I can throw this will minimal power and get an incredibly straight smooth flight. With power this thing will hold whatever line you put it on and glide to a gentle finish.

Over time I've used this disc less, but it still has a place when I need a reliable straight shot through tight gaps.

This was the first midrange that I really felt like I could throw with confidence and accuracy. Now that I have built up more speed this is my slight turn over mid. It can turn over relatively easily in the wind or if you yank it over too much. I prefer my buzzz for straight shots but for now, this still has a spot in my bag.

The vroc is based on an intriguing concept for a midrange disc: a straight overall flight with high resistance to turn. This mold kind of achieves this, but it flies a little more stable than they suggest it does, and I found that it wanted to get down to the ground quickly, but it doesn't dig into the ground the way that a truly overstable disc does. It finishes almost flat with very little glide, and almost no skip when it hits the ground. I threw a dx vroc that a friend had been using and it flew really similar to a slightly worn dx roc.

The VRoc is yet another variation on the popular Roc mold. I believe this is supposed to be much less stable then the Rancho version, I would say this is true. This was a very straight disc, but I felt that it lacked glide that makes other Rocs so wonderful. Overall, I feel if you are looking for Rocs, look at the other variations.

The VRoc is pretty stable! When I first tried this disc out it was much more stable than I was expecting. Out of the hand it holds a straight flight path, then has a considerable fade at the end. At higher elevations the VRoc is definitely stable to overstable. I brought my VRoc with me to closer to sea level, and it flies a lot more like a regular Roc at lower elevation. It flies very straight and holds a line with slightly more power, with a small fade at the end of the flight path. If you like Rocs and want a similar flying disc in the Champion form, try out a VRoc. It is very dependable and flies great.

At first I had no interest in the VRoc, but when I had a chance to acquire a first-run Champion VRoc, I took a flyer (pun intended) on it.  And I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by the VRoc.

The VRoc's V-Tech technology makes it very comfortable in my hand, certainly much more comfortable than the Roc3s in my bag.  It flies very straight, then when it fades out it glides smoothly to the left (RHBH throws), whereas my Roc3s tend to dump hard to the ground.  If I throw it flat but it comes out slightly off-line, the VRoc will "auto-correct" back to straight.  Hyzer and anhyzer lines may be possible, but there are other discs more suited to that task;  the VRoc likes to go straight and flat.

I have not yet had a chance to test the VRoc is strong(er) winds, but so far it has held up well in light winds as well as calm conditions.  All-in-all, I put this disc in my bag just to test it out, and now I find myself not wanting to take it out.  If you've been skeptical of the VRoc like I initially was, try one out if you get a chance, and you might be as pleasantly surprised as I am.

The VRoc is my most recent ace'd disc. Not to contradict what I said about the Roc3 (which is that the it has a nice grip to it) but the VRoc is a lot more comfortable in my hands.

Pros: This has been (in regards to the flight of the disc at a more powerful throw) very comparable to an ultimate disc for me, so it hits home. Very straight, and then it taper fades right at the end. Grip feels more solid than the Roc3, more like the Discmania MD. Great for straight midrange throws between 200-275 feet.

Con's -- I have yet to find anything I don't like about it.

If you are a fan of the Roc series, or if you are new player looking for a solid midrange, I would highly recommend this disc.

Note about rating, This is a top notch disc, but I don't know if I can rate it a perfect or I 5/5.
