I use this disc for long straight shots. This disc throws on a hyzer flip to flat and glides straight with a little fade at the end. Does exactly what a straight disc should do, does not turn over if thrown straight. 

Edit: I now bag two of these, one a Champ Glow and the other an I-dye Champ Teebird3. I use both of them pretty frequently. My Glow Teebird3 has beaten in and turns just a little, but still has reliable fade. I love it for 300' completely straight shots or for longer turning shots. My I-dye Teebird3 is a great flip-to-flat disc with lots of glide and is versatile for a ton of different shot types. I can put it on a big swinging hyzer, or if I need to be sure it fades can throw it almost completely flat with zero turn and reliable fade. Definitely a workhorse midrange if I'm not throwing a spike hyzer. 

I have been throwing the Champion Glow Teebird3 (T3) fairway drivers for three years. The Champion Glow plastic is extremely durable. These disc are consistently flat and feel great in the hand. The Glow Champion plastic is firm and has good grip, even more than Champion plastics. In the summer heat, this glow plastic has phenomenal grip without getting flimsey.

The flight is just what you'd expect out of a flatter and faster Teebird. Laser straight with a healthy fade at the end. You can easily shape shots forehand or backhand. The T3 is an amazing forehand disc, especially on wooded courses. I don't feel like the Champion Glow plastics adds any stability to this already stable fairway driver.
