This is my go-to backhand distance driver for both wide open shots as well as carving long wooded lines. 

The Luster plastic is my favorite for this disc, it provides a nice balance of comfortable all-weather feel in hand without being too stable or too flippy (for the given mold). I do find that a beat in Luster Mystere is a little flippy and I never trust it into a headwind for that reason. 

The Mystere is one of those discs that you don't see a lot of out on the course or in player's bags, but it just feels perfect in my hand and I prefer it over discs like the Innova Beast and Shryke that both fall into a similar mold/flight pattern. 

I think I currently own 6 Mysteres, at least one in nearly every plastic and I think that speaks volumes for my love of this disc!

I love almost everything about this disc! The luster plastic is one of my favorites that they make. It has the durability of the champion plastic, but adds a lot of grip! The mystere is the perfect balance between a driver that turns hard and a dead straight driver. It can be worked on hyzer flips, laser straight lines, or big distance turnovers. The rim is right in the sweet spot where it feels like a distance driver but it feels more controllable than a destroyer for the average player. This disc gets a lot of usage on wooded courses for me. Once you understand and get a feel for the turn of this disc, it can fly almost any path that you want it to! To me it is the perfect step up from the beast. They are almost the same thing, but the mystere flies faster and longer. A lot of the new discs coming out have people wondering what are the manufacturers trying to accomplish, but innova made something special with this disc. It's worth a try for all skill levels.
