    D-Blend Details

D-Blend plastic is a basic, inexpensive plastic blend (compare to Innova DX plastic). It has good grip and medium softness. It is more easily beat-in when used than premium plastics, but is preferred by many players for putters and mid-range discs where grip is important.

One of my favorite throwing putters.

I have this disc in C-Blend and several D-Blend. In the Champion type of plastic it is a bit more stable. While in the D-Blend they are great for beating in and getting a little turn and essentially no fade.

Feel is where this disc shines. It just has a great feel in the hand. I can power grip it and rip on it fairly hard and not worry about release issues. I love the feel and flight of this mold. It might be my most favorite disc to throw in the putter category! Easy 5 stars.

Good approach/driving disc. I like it best in D blend. It turns to much when I forehand it but backhand it flies nice and straight with a slight fade at the end.

I'm really happy with this disc! I was using it for putting at first and it's not a bad option for that if you like putters with a very thin profile. I've since moved on to a different putting putter, but the Tomb has maintained a spot in my bag as a go-to approach disc for shots that I need a straight, reliable flight for. This disc flies like an arrow for me, straight and true. I've also been working on improving my forehand and the Tomb has been one of the more consistent fliers for me in that regard as well. The D-Blend plastic seems like a good option for the way I use the Tomb. It's a nice sturdy/hard plastic. Great disc!

The tomb was a very comfortable shallow putter in the hand. It flew almost exactly like the numbers suggest for my arm speed, with maybe the slightest bit up turn. The tomb never wanted to flip over and cut roll, but it also did not like to hyzer out a lot. I think a lot of beginners who have smaller hands will find the tomb to be a great straight flying putter. I really like the Dblend plastic because it is grippy and still gives a good flight before it gets beat up too much. I would recommend the tomb to every beginner player because it will teach you how to throw on different angles and it will give you the opportunity to learn a disc that is forgiving but still teaches you what you did wrong.

Throwing Putter: Look no further, this is everything you need from a throwing putter. The feel is perfect, especially if you have small hands like me. The shallow rim with a small bead is perfect for backhand and forehand grip. At full power released flat it flies dead straight (225 to 250 feet for me) with just a bit of fade. Thrown on a slight hyzer it will fly straight for a long way then fade out like a stable disc. Thrown on anhyzer it will hold that turnover line and fade to flat. I have 10 tombs ranging from new to very beat it. My very beat one will barely turn over and still have a small fade, flying like a 3.5/4/-1/0.5

Putting Putter: If you have small hands and prefer a very shallow profile, this will be perfect. If you don't like the bead, get yourself a Cohort. If your regular deeper putter doesn't quite cut it on longer putts, give this a shot.

Give these a try and you will love them. I only wish they had them in stock in any of C-Blend, Glow, Concrete, or Metal Flake plastic.

D-blend Tomb is an awesome disc. Designed to rival the Classic Roc slot but does it way better. Handles torque well before a few tree hits. Once it gets beat in a bit, the D Tomb becomes laser straight to slight turn over. Great for control shots on the approach. Cant say enough good things about the Tomb. Get one. As soon as they're back in stock. lol

Amazing throwing putter.  I currently throw this in S-Blend as my go-to laser straight 225ft-260ft approach disc.  When the disc is brand new it tends to have a bit of fade at the end of flight (but not too much)  when thrown hard but after it gets broken in the flight changes to have the slightest bit of turn with a dead straight finish.  Once the disc is fully seasoned I throw it on a medium hyzer release and get it flipped up to flat and flying straight with straight finish.  The disc has great control and can be thrown on some anny releases to get shots that will turn for the first 25% of the flight before flattening out and flying straight after its done turning while also not fading out hard in the final 20% of the flight when the disc really slows down.

My only ask is to be able to get this disc in the gummy c-blend plastic or the newer g-blend plastic for the colder rounds of the year where I like a more grippy plastic in the late-fall to early spring.

Got this in a mystery bag and I liked it immediately. It flies exactly how I want and has some excellent distance for a putter; enough so that you could use it as a midrange. Aside from my Gumputt, this is my go to disc for approaching and sinking.

This disc is truly unique! So low profile it feels like a harp in the hand, yet it flies absolutely dead straight with glide for days! I use this primarily off the tee the d blend beats in quick and is great for turn overs that just slowly turn 3/4s through the flight. The concrete blend is money with a little hyzer it pops up to flat and just carries forever! I can squeeze more distance out of this than my midranges!! Don't skip out on this one! If you get one it's sure to make your bag.

    175g D blend

Feel: Very flat and ultra thin profile, almost too thin for me to backhand comfortably but fantastic for smaller hands. Can't stress enough how thin this disc is. D blend is just base plastic nothing special, beats up quick, gets knicks easily and has a short lifespan.

    Distance: 150-200'

Flight: Incredibly straight both as a putter and as a thrower, lots of glide.

Incredible as a backhand straight putter thrower. With a slight hyzer it is probably the straightest putter that I have thrown. Just as straight on the putting green but not my preferred putting putter because of the thin profile but still usable. Serviceable as a forehand but a little finicky because it can't handle a lot of power. I think it would be great in a more premium plastic type.

Great Disc but didn't make the bag.

The tomb was a disc I was excited about as it has a much different profile than a common putter - it is skinny.  I liked driving and putting with it.  When compared to a Roach I would say it was on par with glide and fade.  It hangs up in the air for a bit longer than most so I would say the 4 is fair. For a while, I was trying it out as my driving putter but in the end, I didn't like it as much as a Pilot or Mako3 as they were more torque resistant and have more distance. Good disc for smaller hands, but not one I would say has to be in your bag today.

    #TombGang is real...

This is a phenomenal upshot and short driving putter, and really teaches you to control your angles. To me, this is a LESS overstable compliment to my Ruins, which I live and swear by. These will hold all angles for BH or FH, as long as you are aware you really don't have to go full power. D-Blend is perfect for sticking to the ground and having minimal skips. Hope to one day have my hands on a premium plastic Tomb!

The tomb is definitely made to be a driving putter.  I own one in D-blend plastic and have enjoyed throwing it so far.  The shallow rim is very comfortable to drive with since it ensures a better release.  It almost feels like a smaller mid range disc, making it good for throwing off the tee.  It is a stable disc that fights out of turn over lines pretty well and with some experience would be good to shape shots with.  Feels good for forehand approaches.

Absolutely love this putter. I bought the 10-pack when they had a special. Use them for putter only rounds and putting practice. The D-blend is fairly durable, as long as you're not throwing these full force into a tree or concrete wall. I keep at least one in my bag. Fairly straight flight with little fade. Throw full power will easily turn over after beat in. Easy to hyzerflip. The flat top makes it easy for forehand upshots. Overall great putter and highly recommend.

I am not the best at putts but I got this disc because of the limited metal flake plastics and its an absolute beaut. I think its very comparable to the aviar which most people get in Innova starter sets. Its a great solid putter. Nothing crazy about it but just really good.

The Tomb is another fantastic offering from Infinite!  It is a very flat topped and very shallow disc that feels great in the hand and is outstanding for flick forehand approaches.  It has a nice degree of stability, but not much fade.  It reminds me of my Zone, but with less fade.  I have it in the metal flake glow and it is hard as a rock, and very durable.  I will be picking up another.

The Tomb is my favorite disc in my bag. It is somehow extremely torque resistant and can be throw reliably and sometimes further than many mid-ranges in my bag. It has this amazing, flat silhouette that makes it extremely comfortable in the hand. This flatness makes it ideal for tricky shots that require threading the needle.

It is stable enough where you can throw it with everything you have and it not flip over on you.

Overall, the Tomb is an extremely reliable put and approach solution that should be in everyone's bag.

The Tomb has come in as my favorite putt and approach disc! This disc does it all. I was able to get this disc to fly straight through a tunnel of trees for about 200 feet before stalling and fading out. I am thoroughly impressed with how well this disc flies and handles torque. The blue and purple color blend is amazing and has already gotten compliments. The art stamp is also pretty sweet.

I just recently purchased the Tomb in D-Blend plastic and have now played four rounds with it. I really love the feel of the D blend plastic. It's hard to describe, but it almost has a slightly matte feeling and it feels absolutely great in the hand. I also love the flat nature of the disc. Since it is D blend it definitely gets dinged up but it hasn't affected the disc negatively.

Over my four rounds playing with the Tomb it has quickly become my most used disc, probably on 60%+ of my throws. The course I have been playing is a bit on the shorter side most holes are about 275' or less from the tee pad, so that may contribute but it is so useful. Anything from 100' in at least where I need a straight shot or slight fade I'm using the Tomb and it has significantly increased my accuracy and I've made some great runs at longer approach shots I never would have attempted before. I've even been using it as a driver on holes that are 200' or less from the tee pad with great results. This disc is great for putting as well and for close putts it flies nice and straight and I have been much more confident in my putts since I got this disc. The Tomb is an absolutely money disc for many different situations and I can't recommend it more!

This disc is incredible... I've thrown in a ton of forehand bids, consistently park up shots and more recently have used it for putting. It actually flies similar in glide to a deputy (my previous putter) for putting with a little more stability. With this in my bag, the only other putter I need is a zone.

The d-blend is great; nice and grippy baseline plastic. It beat in pretty quick and is definitely more understable, but it still comes out as long as there is enough air under the disk. I also bag a concrete which is nice and gummy and just a touch more stable. Also, I have some I blends in yellow, but I think I got a weird run. It honestly felt more like star than the pro/gstar feel I was expecting; in fact, I've felt other I blends that are more gummy so it was definitely the run. It was just too slick and stiff for my liking. But between the d blend and concrete, I could not be happier.

The feel is great. I use it for fan grip, power grip and putting grip. It just happens to fit my hands perfect for all those grips which gives me that extra confidence when I'm holding it.

I have been using the tomb for just over a month now and it has taken over my Pig as my main disc. This is my first flat top stable disc I have had in my bag. I love the shallow feel of the rim and how stable it stays from hand to basket. It does exactly what you need no matter your putting style. My putting has already improved since using this disc. It is also great for midrange approach shots since it stays straight for the majority of the flight.

My go to putter inside 75 ft in D blend. It's not everyone's cup of tea for actual putting, but I really like it. Neutral glidey flight with gentle fade, feels amazing in the hand. Low profile with a small bead and flat top. Like a suspects little brother.

Where this disc really shines is as a throwing putter, in any plastic, forehand or backhand. D is a little flippy, S is straight, Concrete has a little more bite but they all do exactly what you tell them to. Any line, putter like control with mid range like glide. This disc continues to impress and take over more and more shots in my game. It is very low profile, Very! I really like how that feels but I think it's the lowest profile putter type disc that I've ever held.

Had thrown a Classic Blend Judge for a while as my driving putter but it has gotten a bit too flippy so wanted to try something else. This is a very shallow putter, much more than a Judge or Discmania Link. The plastic feels great in the hand and flies dead straight, but it's limited to fan grips only really with how low-profile it is.

If you want a throwing putter for backhand or forehand that you can put on any line, but you have a difficult time getting a clean release on regular deeper dish putters then here you are.

Putters are so personal, but I like the D-Blend Tomb off the tee or as an approach disc with just the slightest bit of fade after an arrow straight flight. Mine flies a lot like a putter version of a Mako3.

I like it for putts outside the circle, too. The Tomb has got some glide.

I ended up getting a putter pack of these discs because that is all that was available at the time and I am very glad I did. It is a very low profile disc, shallow rim, straight shooter. If you are looking for a putter that is not so deep rimmed like the P2 or Aviar (very good discs using for rim depth comparison) this disc will be perfect. I see a lot of people saying this is their throwing putter and I can see that. It feels like a midrange maybe even smaller in the hand, but can also be used easily as a regular putter it flies very straight. I only have the D blend from the putter pack and I ordered an S and C blend to try out throwing. Awesome disc!

I love this disc. Since I've started I've had trouble finding a putter that felt comfortable teeing off with. After about 15 molds I came across the Tomb and it was only positive from there. It has a tremendous amount of glide and has a consistent amount of fade. I own the D,I & C blend with an S blend on the way. At the same weight these all have a slight difference in flight so I like to have one of each. The Tomb handles a good amount of power. I can throw it on a slight hyzer and it wont flip past flat, but will glide out 90% of the flight before it starts to fade. It seems like most people don't recommend putting with it, but I'm going to give that a try too. It would be nice to have 1 mold that can get me any shot out to 300'

THE putter for the small handed individual. Beaded, straight flying, and a surprising amount of glide, this putter has solved my late release issue I was having with the deeper rimmed putters. Love the consistent release I get with it. It also is an amazing throwing putter off the tee, especially in the i-blend plastic. Highly recommend.

First off, I never thought I'd be the type to review a damn disc golf disc. But here we are.

I live in the Triangle region of North Carolina. The courses in the area are mainly wooded, some long, some short, but precision is always key.

I played a couple Tournaments this past summer, and did just OK. I came to the conclusion, as most have, that having oh so many different discs may be overrated.

This winter, I've committed myself to perfecting a single disc, with an emphasis on form rather than hoping the disc does the work for me (never works out that way). Being able to throw any angle, most any distance, putting included, with just one disc.

After doing some research, I thought the Tomb might be that disc. And I was right! After years of playing the sport of golfus discus, I think I finally figured it out.

It's a really great disc. I have a couple in 'D Line' plastic. I think it might be the only disc one needs, at least for that NC or wooded good good.

You can really put some mustard on it, and it won't turn over, unless you want it to. It has a nice gentle fade, yet is great for the ever important touch shot.

Kind of like a DX Roc3 getting it on with a KC Pro Aviar, but better! Small diameter, beaded.  It's a very unique little disc.

Gets beat up in the D Line plastic, but you can sand it and wash it off and treat it like a precious Infinite birth stone. I'm just going to keep ordering it in D Line, because it's that tasty.

Some reason the one I have in the off white color feels more rigid than the hot pink one I ordered with it, but maybe that's because you can see the damage done to a darker disc?? Whatever, doesn't matter.

I suggest to those who have been playing a while and hoping to improve their game and wondering what's going on, to just sell all your Paul McBeth what's its and who dats to Play it Again Sports and buy a couple Tombs and really slow it down and work on your angles and form. It'll be an eye opener. The Tomb will get you there, friend. Thanks for reading.

I picked up a couple D-blend Tombs during the Black Friday sale and have since purchased an I-blend and C-blend.  I have smaller hands, so the low profile feels great in my hand.  The disc is flat-top with a medium bead.

D-blend: This plastic feels great and seems to last longer than the DX plastic from Innova.  I use this plastic for putting and throwing.  For putting, the Tomb flies relatively straight with a reliable fade on longer putts.  Despite the low profile, the D-blend has a lot of glide with a soft finish.

I-blend: I love the feel of this plastic.  It's very similar to Star plastic from Innova but with less durability.  Infinite Discs makes an S-blend, but I'm not sure how the two differ in flight, feel, or longevity.  This blend is typically used for upshots when I'm not wanting a lot of ground play.  I'm hoping that this will beat in to a slow turner with use.

C-blend: Looks and feels just like Champion plastic.  There is a little more fade at the end of flight with a good skip once hitting the ground.  Surprisingly, this disc feels faster than the other plastics.

Overall:  This is a great putt-approach disc with a neutral flight.  They feel great in the hand and are very workable for both forehand and backhand shots. I recommend trying this disc if you're looking for a flat-topped putter with less stability than a Discraft Zone. This disc loves power and holds a straight line no matter how hard you throw it.  Honestly, the Tomb has replaced my main putter and my Zone for upshots unless there is a major headwind.  I'm glad I gave this disc a try, currently bag D, I, and C blend.

Used this mainly as a practice putter at work until I ran over it with a forklift (don't ask).  Amazingly, it sprung back pretty well with just a small kink.  So I gave it to my son for Christmas (sort of).  He's doing well with it.  Because of the low profile he is better able to put some snap into his putts, which he was previously lobbing.  And again, as often as Infinite Discs go on sale, it's hard not to test every model out.

I was most recently playing with the Innova Dart as my go to putter but decided to add this Tomb to an order. Ummmm... Wow!  No more Dart...

Flat top putter that is very neutral and very balanced. This is a great putter! Go straight at the chains - don't account for fade and sink putts! Easily straighter flight and cleaner release than the Aviars (too many to list), Dart, Judge, or Pure I have used. I'm getting birdies from ranges that before I was happy to two-putt. I haven't driven with this off the tee; for me it's my under 50' go to disc.

Glide is a touch under 4

I am loving this disc. For the longest time, I threw a classic blend judge for upshots and putter shots off the tee. That got a little too flippy as it beat in, so when I was picked up by Team Infinite, I began throwing a tomb. I throw it in both S blend and D blend.

I'm finding the S-Blend to be a bit more understable than the D-blend so far. Both fly very true on the line they are thrown on, but the S-Blend will hold a turn for a little more of it's flight when thrown against the D-Blend. This disc may have kicked my judge out of my bag for straight to understable putter shots, whether off the tee or while approaching the green.

The first putter I had was a Discraft Soft Magnet.  I also had a Jawbreaker Magnet and one in Crazy Tuff.  I liked it for a year and a half or so, but then I had a few rounds where I could not make any putts with my Magnets.  I bought several other putters, one being the Tomb.  After playing with all of them the Tomb won out.  It just feels good in my hand and goes where I throw it.  It has a little fade, but not as much as the Magnet, which I prefer the less fade.  If you like putters with lots of fade you might not like this one.  Or if you like putters with no fade at all you might not like it.  But if you like the middle ground, you might like the Tomb.

The first thing I noticed about a disc is how it feels in my hand - before I have the chance to get out to the course or a field. The Tomb feels amazing! I generally like lower profile molds; especially when it comes to mids and putters. The Tomb is fairly flat with a light dome and a nice bead. Whenever I have a disc that feels this good, I know it's going to give me clean consistent releases.

I expected the Tomb to be a little more stable based on its profile and feel, but it was fairly neutral. Very strait with a decent turn when I power up. It holds a great line; holds a good hyzer, goes strait at lower power when thrown flat, and holds an anhyzer very nicely. My flight ratings for the Tomb:

    Speed: 3 Glide: 3 Turn: 0 Fade: 1

Overall this is a very comfortable mold with great flight. It's very versatile and can hold some really great lines. I'd definitely recommend trying one out.

Unfortunately, I only got to throw this disc 3 times.  On the third throw, I hit a tree at medium power and the disc got destroyed.  I actually have never seen a plastic warp so easily.  I know this is innova plastic but I would avoid D-line if you play anywhere with trees.  I will be ordering another one of these to try because I loved the flight of my first two throws, but I will have to re-visit this review later.

It was flying how I pictured a colt should if that makes any sense.

I only compared the Tomb to one other disc this time.  I compared it to my Sinus because that's probably the most similar disc in my bag.  It might be the most similar disc in my bag but the discs aren't that close in feel or flight.

The Tomb feels much better in the hand.  I love the sleek, smooth, flat-top feel of it.  The Sinus is deeper, has that very pronounced sharp bead, and the rough thumb pads (which I've actually grown to like).

In flight, the Tomb has much more glide and a bit less fade.  The Tomb flies very straight and barely trails off at the end.  Initially, I kept putting my upshots to the right of the basket because I was treating the Tomb like my Sinus.  With the Tomb, you want to aim straight at your target.

The combination makes the Tomb a great driving/approach putter.  Point and shoot.

Bag-worthiness: For now, I'm sticking with the Sinus.  I hope that Infinite comes out with a putter that has a bit more fade but has the same feel and profile as the Tomb.
