Like many reviews I'm sure will also state, the Tomb flies just as far as any midrange will. I currently have three in the bag to cover all putter shots.

D-Blend to cover those understable shots.

Splatter S-Blend for those straight lines.

I-Blend for the ones that need some fade, and also the occasional forehand.

Now the D-Blend and S-Blend johnnies have been in the bag for over a year, so they are well seasoned, and the I-blend is relatively fresh.

Ya boi can get some decent pop on a disc, but I am nowhere near a distance champion, and I can regularly throw my Tomb up to and past 300 feet. And the best part is that I don't feel like I have to muscle the disc to get the distance, like with the wide-rimmed drivers.

I've got somewhat small hands and this disc feels extremely comfortable. Really nice for forehand approaches and won't turn over unless you really put some power into it. Has a similar feeling to a zone if it had a bead and was much less overstable.

Love this for putt and approach. I like it for forhand approach, that I need to go straight or finish gently to the left. Has the same depth feeling as the Zone but overstable. Great off the Tee pad also. Has a nice feeling to it. I have multiple Tombs of different plastic types. Got my first ace with one. Overall a great disc.

This is a flat shallow putter. It can really handle some power and it has a ton of glide. It won't flip in you. When thrown on a touch of anhyzer it will hold it and sometimes come out of it. It has a really good dependable fade. For side arms it really comfortable it being shallower on the rim really good for touch side arms. This is a great throwing putter

Great putter off the tee and for approaches. Has a really straight flight and with the low profile makes for a comfortable forehand disc.

This disc has helped me improve my game so much just within the short amount of time I have used it. The tomb is a shallow in the hand so it feels pretty full for being a little bit smaller on the rim width. The one I got is extremely flat/puddle top. I use it for short drives up to about 250 feet that i want to ride absolutely straight. For a putter it is very torque resistant which allows to put some spin on it and get it to glide for a long time. I can also use it for small flex lines that you put on just a little anhyzer and expect it to flatten out or even come back to the left just a little. Forehand works well but it wont fade super hard so not really a good slot for a utility disc IMO. The splatter s-blend is a great plastic like always. I bag a c-blend too and i find the s to be a little more overstable but not by much. Highly recommend if you're looking for a putter/mid that works as an approach disc. It wont disappoint.

i have two Tombs that i have fallen in love with. i have a 175 splatter star tomb and a 169 S-Line tomb. these discs are almost inbetween a approach putter and a midrange. low profile and flat allows me to power grip this, which is normally not something that i do with putters. it is relatively unaffected by the wind. This disc is STABLE in the true sense of the word. when i drive with it it will snap up flat and ride that line for over 250 with the smallest amount of fade at the very end. If i fan grip it on a hyzer line it will ride that line with a nice long right to left fade all the way there (RHBH). because of the rim depth it has also been a very useful sidearm disc. its easy to snap out of the fingers and because of its bead it quite resilient to torque.  the only CON i have found on this disc is its ability to roll away. If you are playing to a challenging green with rocks roots or hills there is a very likely chance the disc will roll away. don't give it the opportunity because more often than not it will disappoint you there, but what else you expect from something so thin and flat?

Gotta love the Tomb! I'll separate my review of the Tomb into two since they are quite different in each of the plastics I have it in:

D-Blend Tomb: I have fully switched to the D-Blend Tomb as my putting putter and I'm not ashamed to say it. I have putted with DX and XT Colts in the past and the D-Blend Tomb putts very similarily to those two. With a slightly flatter top than the DX Colt, the D-Blend Tomb seems to have more speed to the basket. I am a very direct putter and the speed to the chains helps my confidence. The plastic feels a lot like DX, but maybe a touch smoother texture. I don't have huge hands, so the shallow feel helps me get that nice pop and clean release. The glide really helps when I don't have the best release and the Tomb still makes it over the cage on most occasions that are not down to purely user error. I have confidence from long range with the Tomb as well. Circle 2 putts are more direct at the basket and not a floaty run like I used to do with the DX Colt. The D-Blend Tomb is my go-to right now for sure!

Splatter S-Blend Tomb: Absolutely loving this as a throwing putter. Very flat on top, great rim feel with a slight bead, the plastic is nice and grippy without being sticky, and has good rigidity without being a stiff brick. The mold feels lot like the proto XT Colt. It fills the hand more than the D-Blend Tomb, it's definitely deeper overall than the D-Blend version, and feels very much like the Colt when pinch or fan gripping it in my opinion. A flat shot produces a great straight and glidey flight with a touch of reliable fade at the end. A touch of anny will see this disc glide further and land pretty darn flat. It will hold a long hyzer quite well without any flip up. Almost aced with this disc the other day, it's in the bag for sure now!
