    Pro-D Details

Pro-D is Discrafts affordable basic plastic blend. This isn't the most durable plastic, but it provides good grip and is very affordable. For old school disc golfers that like to "break in" thier discs for varying flight paths, Pro-D is an excellent choice. It is also one of the most popular blends for putters and is often referred to as "putter line" plastic.

Of all the Discraft drivers, this is the one that I have most highly recommend to anyone that likes Discraft products. This disc feels exactly like my Wraith, and I friggin love my Wraith. It's a top notch disc that has a very predictable fade at the end of the flight without being too overstable to control off the tee. The grip in the hand is actually easier to get a feel for than any other Discraft product I've thrown. Outside of the Buzzz, this disc is easily my favorite in the entire Discraft line. I've taken this one to the field with my Wraith and basically dropped them on top of each other. For newer players or players with less power, I recommend picking up a Surge in a slightly lighter weight. Power players, get that max weight and rip this disc as hard as you want. It'll fly and fight the wind all day.
