I think that this disc is just as reliable as my Force with less effort required. I can power this disc on a forehand easier, can actually get some more distance due to the easier time I have hyzer flipping it backhand, and I love the feel of ESP plastic overall. I would pay full price for this disc any day, but man am I glad I found this gem barely thrown for $10 on a used rack at Play It Again. Great addition to my bag!

This is a great overstable driver. Flight wise, nothing too special here. Straight with a big fade. To me it's closest to a wraith, but definitely faster and with noticeably less turn. Where newer runs of star Wraiths have a quick, dumpy fade until they've been beat in, the Punisher has a long, big fade to it. It covers a lot of ground forward and sideways when it fades. Definitely a 3 fade, but not dumpy in my opinion. Great disc for shaping shots.

All Punishers seem to have a flat profile. If you're looking for dome, look elsewhere. The Punisher also has a thinner rim than most distance drivers, it's the same size as a Wraith or Thrasher. Some have said its rim is shallow, I find it to be a just a deep as a Wraith or destroyer. It has a nice, sharp wing which cuts through the air and definitely gives it a notch up in speed from a Wraith, despite having the same rim width.

The hand feel on this disc is interesting. I highly recommend feeling before you buy because I'm sure a lot of guys won't care for it. Despite being a driver, it has two small beads - one on the underside of the wing tip, and on on the bottom where you'd expect a bead. These are very small, but are noticeable. I don't mind them. In fact, I find the bead helps me get a great grip on this disc fh and bh. The thing I really love about the Punisher is how solid and locked in it feels in my hand. In turn I find I have a great deal of control with this driver.

This disc feels very similar to the Thrasher, just deeper. The Thrasher shares the same double beaded underside. If you like the Thrasher, the Punisher is the perfect overstable compliment.

I love the amount of control I have with this disc. The smaller rim coupled with it's straight flight out of the hand lend it to be a step up from a speed 9 fairway driver. I have no issues using this disc on shots I would normally reach for a Getaway on just to get that extra 10-20 feet of fade to the left. There are other drivers I can get this flight out of, but few with a rim as narrow as the Punisher.

The Punisher was a relatively low hype release and is a mold that bridges the gap between something like a Crank or a Surge and the Force. The Punisher has a notably smooth rim and a very flat profile. My Punisher is stickered around 173 and it is in the new ESP plastic.

The Punisher is a disc that will probably be the working mans class distance driver. It has a very slight high speed turn to it and a nice predictable fade at the end. The Rim size is substantial but the flat profile seems to keep it comfortable. Out of the box I think the disc is quite shapeable and a bit more forgiving than something that would be more or less stable. I think this disc will work well for forehands due to its comfortable top and it has enough stability for my admittedly low power forehand. This is definitely a disc you want to layer in your bag.

This discs wind performance is pretty good it seems to behave predictably in both a head and tail wind if you know how to work this driver you should fair well in the wind.

This disc might work for beginner forehands but its most likely too fast and overstable.

Overall I'm a fan of the Punisher, I think it is a great destroyer/wraith alternative for the MA2-MA3 crowd and something definitely worth trying out.

The Punisher is a stable to overstable distance driver from Discraft. This disc flies a lot like a Pro Destroyer for me. Its not quite as overstable as a fresh Star Destroyer, but it is stable. It has just a hint of turn when really thrown hard, but a nice reliable fade at the end. I imagine that some of the different plastics will increase stability if you need more, but the ESP I threw held up to some strong headwinds. Overall this was a really fun disc to throw, not one for new players though.
