The machete is a true utility disc for me. This thing will get to the ground quick and it will not be overpowered by the wind. It is extremely overstable so if you cannot handle throwing stable distance drivers there will be no way you can handle the machete. I love this disc when I need to throw a thumber or hammer or a spike hyzer because I know the overstability will always be there. When I get in some nasty wind gusts in my face I am able to drive with my machete knowing it wont flip over and dump into a throwler. I feel that I just have gotten into the magic of a super overstable distance driver and I am super excited to find out how I can utilize this disc in even more ways. Do not get a machete unless you want something that will ride a hyzer line right out of your hand or you throw far and can handle the beef of this disc.

So I've never owned a Machete. Mainly because I already knew that it was way too much disc for me. But the Z Flx Machete is on a whole new level of overstable. If you are looking for something that you can throw as hard as you can with the most anny you could ever put on a disc and it still only want to fade... I don't know why you would need this... but if you do, this is the disc for you. This is just WAY too much disc... for anyone.
