With Discraft's stacked mid lineup and so many other brands out there, you don't hear much about this disc. That's kind of wild, given it's one of the few discs with a truly unique feature and it seems to perform well. If you enjoy the unique feel, it's an extremely straight disc that's easy to control.

The unique feature is the cross stitch type grooves under the rim, which comes down to a smallish bead. If you power grip it, you won't feel either much. If you fan grip with a finger on the rim, you will notice both. I don't think it makes much difference but I don't mind the touch of extra grip.

Some claims say the grooves are designed to help with straight flight. I don't know about that but it does fly straight. The feel and flight are not far off from some Roc varieties, maybe one beat in a bit for a straight flight. I wouldn't give it a full 6 for speed. More like 5.5. It will turn hard if you rip it over but it's not looking to turn immediately like a Sol or something. It wants to glide straight with a mellow finish.

I'm bagging it as a straight to understable compliment to my Buzzz. As long as I can find them, I'll use them. Love or hate the mold, there isn't anything else exactly like it and that's getting more rare in disc golf.
