Not sure if its the mold or tour series ESP which is different, but the numbers and description for the Impact no longer correlate with the flight of the disc.

Years ago this disc for me, then a moderate arm speed intermediate, was an understable woods disc.  Thrown flat and at 75% it just flew straight as an arrow with little to no fade.  Thrown firmer it was a good turnover disc.  At the time, I bagged it in ESP.  It was a faster understable counterpart to the Buzzz for me.

The re-release that came out in 2021 is MUCH more stable than the old Impact.  The old disc was easy to control, throw straight, and to throw for distance.  I get zero turn with the new Impact and a lot of fade.  Not what I was looking for when I picked this up.  For anyone looking for what the Impact USED to be, find an old one, see if you can pick up a DGA Tremor, or maybe try a Meteor.  The Meteor isn't quite as fast but glides well.
