My Flight Ratings: 12/3.5/1/5 Not Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: N/A Straight Score: N/A

I originally bought my Flick for overhand play. Thumbers and tomahawks were the only thing I used it for, but after experimenting with it a bit I think I can throw Them mbers with my firebird farther, and this disc is just to fun to throw RHFH! I can easily throw my Destroyer 350 ft. RHFH but this this goes farther. My Firebird might go farther with a thumber but, if I throw this thing as hard as I possibly can and release it ever so slightly annhyzer to flat it will fly forever! This first and only disc that I can throw over 400 ft RHFH. If you are a beginner, this is not the disc for you. Even if you are someone who has been playing for as long as I have, unless you can put some serious spin and torque  on a disc I wouldn't recommend it.

This review is for the Discraft Flick in Titanium Plastic.

Are you a beginner that wants an overstable disc? Then go buy a zone and come back when your form is perfect. The Flick is the monster that will eat your lunch if you do not have proper form. This is the most overstable disc I have ever thrown and I only use it for very specific holes that require a massive forehand skip shot or if I get stuck in the woods. This is a money forehand disc when thrown on hyzer or on an anhyzer flex line. Some beginners may enjoy throwing this disc on a flex forehand because it will always come out of it no matter how bad you throw it BUT that is the worst way to learn proper form. Go pick up a Hades or Heat and practice practice practice. You will need power and precision to make this disc worth throwing on any shots. Backhand this disc is essentially useless..there is no reason to throw this disc backhand even if you need an extremely overstable disc. Use a Firebird or Raptor to get a consistent throw. I do not throw thumbers but I have been told by many that it would make an incredible disc for thumbers. Is this disc necessary to bag? No. It's essentially just another overstable driver to use for forehand skip shots but I will keep mine in bag because I love the way it looks, feels, and flies for me!
