The Buzzz SS does for slower arms what a Buzzz will do for faster arms. Fresh out of the box, the Buzzz SS will have the turn of a beat Buzzz and all of the glide. I have the Buzzz SS in last year's tour ESP (though likely with some leftover Z mixed in, as the disc is translucent) and Titanium, both 175g+, and they haven't changed characteristics yet. Both turn later and fade less than my 167g ESP Buzzz.

Being able to hyzerflip a midrange is crucial on dense woods courses, and I especially turn to the Buzzz SS for shots that I want to make a gap and still carry forward while fading. It is decently forgiving of nose angle; it won't stall out too quickly when thrown a little nose-up with 275'+ of power, but shows significantly more turn when thrown harder and nose-down.

I currently bag a Mystic for serious hyzerflip/turnover midrange shots, a Bobcat for sharper hyzer lines, and a Buzzz SS in the middle. I tried to bag a Buzzz as well, but found the Bobcat and Buzzz SS with flat releases covering lines that I would have had to manipulate a Buzzz to get, and I'm seeing lower scores the more I let the disc do the work. I don't mean to suggest that the Buzzz isn't useful or beginner-friendly, but MA3 players shouldn't be afraid to let a Buzzz SS do some of that work for them.
