The Tilt is one of the most overstable discs on the market. This was designed for Simon Lizotte, and has been called “Simon’s dream disc”.  It probably won't be overly versatile, but it will consistently fade hard, making it a dependable utility disc.

Not a meme disc. My favorite disc for accurate, island hole shots. Best skip shot disc there is aswell, but you can't give it too much air, cause it'll spike too vertically & not skip. Thrown hard & low, a 20ft high skip is within the realm of possibilities lol. Doesn't work at all for tomahawks, but works extremely well for thumbers. Thumbers are too hard to grip with most discs for me, but the Tilt has a very nice shape even for me. I can forehand this 300ft at max give or take, but can get the thumber quite a bit past that. Grenades work really well, but rollers i can't throw with this. Useful if you can handle it, & a very fun disc.

Absolutely my favorite disc to throw! "I can't even throw it 300 ft, its way to overstable, BLAH BLAH BLAH!" So what? this is one of the best discs you can have in the forrest, for example, extreme dog leg right off the tee? No problem just throw it upside down and watch it skip an extra thirty feet, not even joking! or a low ceiling left finish basket that you want ace? Just skip it again! Another reason to get it is, its so overstable once you get one you'll never need to "cycle" in a new one! (its just that oversable) If you ever find a chance to get one DO IT! Luckily I pulled mine out of a mystery box, with a mind bender! Anyway just get it.

I absolutely love the Full Tilt for any inverted disc throw (i.e. Thumber, Tomahawk, Grenade, etc) The disc will have a nice, full flight for a thumber, as opposed to most discs which rotate rapidly when inverted.

This review is for the Full Tilt. I find that it is great for both thumbers and tomahawks. It is also great for any utility shots. I often use the disc to skip around a corner. If you throw the disc as a thumber roller, you can often get at least 275-300 feet accurately.

I bought a champion Orc when 1st started. Was useless to me until I tried tomahawking it. Use it to this day to for tomahawk shots. The tilt is useless to me for FH or BH, but it does give a tomahawk shot selection. If you watch or listen, you'd know by reading in between the lines what most YouTubers and podcasters think. Unless you have amazing arm speed, this disc will have a very low utility need for bag space. That being it's a very flat disc so rent is cheap. The tilt came out as the most overstable driver, internet hype drove the product off the shelves, eBay was selling them for 6x the price.... long story short it was fun stint in disc golf history, Simon is richer from it, and you'll never ever see a tilt in a professional major event highlight reel, ever!  Hard pills to swallow?

    Is it for everyone? No.

    Is it fun? Absolutely.

Does it hold a bag slot? For some, including myself, yes.

While it's not a disc you should use for every shot, it does serve a purpose when trying to scramble/ get out of jail. It's a good utility disc for quick skipping shots around sharp corners. Otherwise, it is a very interesting and humorous disc to at least try once.

i primarily use the Meta Tilt, but the Lux performs generally the same.  I love the Tilt for dead straight forehand rollers, also great for some FH skip shots if you have the arm speed.

I think I have to give the tilt a four star for the simple reason that it is so well known. I think the tilt is the one disc that any player could bag and really have no reason to bag it. I have seen some people scramble really well with the tilt and I have seen people throw it about 50 feet in front of them. It is the most overstable disc in disc golf and if you take it for what its worth it does that quite well. If you want a disc with some glide and some distance potential, do not pick up the tilt. If you want something that will never flip over on you, will always finish really hard, can be thrown on a spike hyzer grenade, or something that flies further upside down, get yourself a tilt.

This disc is a blast LOL! Surprisingly great for throwing grenades over trees. Not a disc you'll use all the time but when you do, you won't regret it. I've even pulled it out in tournament to get out of sticky situations. Obviously overstable and not welcoming to beginners.
