The Tactic is designed for tactical approach shots to the basket. It has a flat top and an overstable end fade. In Exo (soft and hard) plastic, it also has a good grip for precision placement. In premium blends like Meta and Vapor, it is more durable and will keep its flight characteristics longer.

Zones flies too straight sometimes. Harps rolls away too many times. A3s skips to far away. The Tactic is just right. Playing for 30+ years I have tried em all. I need an approach disc that can handle forehand, backhand and stick to the ground. The extra soft tactic is 100% my most trustworthy disc. No rolls, no skips and even after 2 years of use it is still OS. I find that a forehand flex from 100' with these is money. I do not own a single disc that seeks the basket like these do. If the wind is up and I need a good putter I use my extra soft Tactic. This disc is so good I have 4 on the shelf just in case. The 2 glide on the Tactic makes it superio and it does not want to fly too far. The extra soft plastic makes it stick and stay even in the chains.
