Plastic --> Neo, genuinely one of the best feeling plastics available

Review --> Found this disc in a creek not long after I started playing and it hasn't left my bag in the year+ since then, and I don't think it will any time soon. Early on it was a straight to overstable fairway that I could consistently push over 320 on a line. As my form as improved and the disc has beat in its a hyperflip machine, perfect for turnovers, and can still hold a hyzer for about 350 feet if you put enough angle on it. Genuinely can fill my entire fairway slot if thrown correctly. I would definitely recommend this disc to anybody looking for a straight fairway that can grow with them.

First disc I ever bought and it's still the one I throw by far the most 5 years later. Living at elevation it fills a role I need desperately on almost every hole, more glidey compared to similarly rated discs and is incredibly consistent.

The Instinct is stable. Not overstable. Just stable. When thrown flat, mine held straight with a reliable dump at the end of the flight. I enjoy 7 speeds and this one fits the bill of that "workhorse" slot. Holds up well with forehands and just becomes super straight in headwinds. Neo plastic is nice and grippy. Just a super solid fairway.

The disc that kicked the Teebird out of my bag. The 5 glide is true to numbers and somehow is better at fighting wind than the Teebird. Flies like a slightly more stable Lat64 Explorer and that's why it's the king, baby!

So much glide for a neutral/overstable fairway driver. The neo plastic is second only to Kastaplast's K1 line for me. This is my go-to fairway for anything needing a straight line with a mild finish. It definitely gets out there to challenge the distance of an 8/9 speed stable driver, but with the added control of a 7 speed disc.

The Instinct is a good, mildly overstable fairway for shotshaping, even for woods golf. With power, you can flip this up to flat, fly straight, and still be able to watch it fade out generously. Despite the numbers, the neo does have a little turn to it, however, it doesn't affect It's overall performance. For sure a staple in my lineup and highly recommend it to most skill levels .

What a useful mold! Pretty overstable for me when I started as a new player, but became my go-to disc when my more advanced cardmates were grabbing their Firebirds. These are not as torque resistant as some other discs I've used, especially when beat in, so faster arms will have to be careful not to overpower the disc. It beats in to be a pretty straight fairway driver.

Based on the numbers, I was hoping this would fly similar to like a Teebird3 or my Insanity. Nope. This thing is pretty beefy compared to its flight numbers. I'd liken it more to the Opto X Explorer. If you're looking for a good stable to overstable control driver, this would be a great option for you; especially if you love Trilogy plastic. However, if you're looking for a disc that will give you a nice straight flight for a while followed by a nice fade, keep looking. This thing wants to start going left (RHBH) almost as soon as you throw it. I'm not talking anything nearly as overstable as like a Justice or Tilt or anything, but definitely more than a Teebird3.

    There's my 2 cents.

Go to overstable fairway driver that will then beat in to a perfectly flat thrower that you can shape.

This disc starts of beefy for weaker arms, but as it beats in it becomes your best friend and will allow you to shape it anyway you want. The NEO plastic feels amazing (gummier than champion or z-line) and the rim and edge are not too aggressive.

I think this is one of the best molds from Discmania in their new Evolution Line.

This disc works really well if thrown with (6-9) fairway speed power. This disc I have found to turnover and hold an anhyzer if too much torque is applied. I throw primarily forehand and have found that if I get a solid nose down drive with a good amount of power the disc will turnover and die. When thrown properly this disc acts as a stable fairway driver with a moderate fade. The disc can get a really good skip when throwing a moderate hyzer with the disc.

This is a good stable fairway driver for shaping shots both forehand and backhand. I love how comfortable the Instinct is, especially in Neo as it is easy to grip in all weather conditions. My only complaint is that it is not very resistant to turn when brand new and has a similar turn to a beat in TeeBird. Overall a good disc that is great for shorter and shaped shots.

Really like this disc and it’s been a staple in my bag since it came out. It’s my straight to fade speed 7 FW disc. My bag consists of 5 speed 7 FWs. I play a Maul (u/s), F5 (slightly u/s to straight) River (straight), Instinct (straight to fade), and FD2 Royal Rage (control fade). And this gives me the most amount of shots and shapes with the fewest amount of discs.

I have 2 Instincts. A regular run max weight and a Royal Rage 2 173g. Both have the same shape and feel. Moderate dome, concave rim shape, and nice clean slick stiff-ish plastic. Good grip and feels really nice in your hand for a BH. Not so much for FH.

They both fly the same though. So I usually just bag the Royal Rage since it’s a touch lighter and on occasion, on a good rip, can get a baby turn out of it. It’s a classic straight to fade FW. Has excellent control overall and yet has great distance. A guy I play with sometimes can drive 450-500’, so he gets more of a turn out of his, yet it ALWAYS comes back. Whereas for me, it’s just dead straight for 75% of the flight, then a forward penetrating medium fade. Something like 7/5/0/2. And I’d even say the glide is maybe just a touch above 5, like 5.5 or so. It goes! It’s also super reliable and I can always count on it for tighter or more difficult holes where I need a controlled shot that is mostly straight. The flatter I throw it, the less it fades, and obviously if I put more hyzer on it, it will fade harder earlier. It’s also pretty good into the wind, except high mph like 15+ (where I’m only using my FD2, firechicken or X2).

Would LOVE to find one of these that flys just a touch less stable. Like a 7/5/-.5/2. That would give me a slight turn, ride that for a long time, that still have that consistent reliable moderate fade at the end. I've thrown it that way a few times when I really hit it well and my technique was really on. But I'm still not quite over that hump of being able to throw 400-450 consistently. As soon as I get to that distance, I can imagine this disc being an absolute BEAST.

Overall a really nice disc that I have always had in my bag since the day it came out and highly recommend it to all players. For beginners/intermediates, it would be your stable to overstable FW. For good players that can’t quite throw super far yet (but have some decent distance), it’s your straight to fade. And for bombers and pros, it’s your hyzer flip distance FW, that is still controllable.

The Instinct surprised me a lot when I first grabbed it. I have played for a long time and never really had the 7 speed slot in my bag, always had a 9 speed and midranges. I picked up the instinct as I realized 7 speeds were great discs for my armspeed being able to control them comfortably and more consistently as my 9 speeds and still get extra distance on my midranges. The instinct is very true to the flight numbers and could compete to take the spot a teebird fills for a lot of players bags. It can be thrown on any line and hold that angle almost the whole flight. I was surprised that the instinct flew like a 7 speed when it came out of my hand, nothing crazy fast. But it loved to glide with a lot less effort than other 7/8/9 speeds that I have thrown. It was able to hang in the air longer than I expected. I enjoy the extra flight because it does not hurt the type of flight you want you can just disc down to an instinct on some shots and still get bigger distance than a midrange will come close to. I think this disc is perfect from intermediate players to pro players, it will be have a big impact on your rounds and consistency at the fairway slot.

Tried this disc from the 2021 mystery box.  It flies well, according to the flight numbers.  Very straight with a dependable overstable finish.  What keeps this disc from a 5 star is that my disc had a very sharp underside which made for an uncomfortable release.  Easily could sand it down, but I don't want to have to make changes to a disc straight from the factory.

This disc fills a slot that pretty much everyone should have - the straight to stable 7 speed fairway, perfect for controlled placement shots. There is a fair amount of competition in this slot with discs like the Teebird and the Explorer as other options. Which one is right for you is probably going to come down to hand feel and plastic preference. I've thrown a Teebird, Explorer, and now the Instinct in this slot and I prefer the Instinct out of all of them. The Neo plastic is great, and the rim feels a little better in my hand than competitive discs in this slot, but that'll come down to preference. It is mainly a backhand disc for me, but it feels good in a sidearm grip so I'll be working on dialing that shot in with this disc too. Only reason it's 4 stars is because there are so many similar discs out there and none of them are really game-changing - you just have to find what works with your body and your approach to the game.

Feel wise it's not that bad at all. Plastic feels pretty amazing and has nice grip but not too gummy at all. Smaller rim since it is a fairway. Like a better feeling teebird just feeling wise. Flight wise it's pretty much a first run FD or a slightly more stable FD. It flies on any angle you put it on as long as you have the power for it. Can crank on it flat and flies straight and then a slight fade at the end. Might be because I don't have the biggest arm for it but it's not crazy overstable at all. I'd say it's not a bad disc overall and if you want a slightly more overstable FD then this is your disc!

I like the instinct as it is a slightly overstable and easy to throw forehands with. Only issue is that it can sometimes have a bit of turn if thrown with too much power. It is also is also quite skippy and can actually be kinda annoying. I still love the disc and recommend to beginners as it gives you the distance you would like to see

I have this disc in 175g NEO plastic

I have to say, I am not all that impressed with this particular disc. I bag a Legacy Rival with the same flight numbers and have thrown many t-bird clones that fly similarly. This disc just doesn't do that for me. I may have gotten a bad disc or an interesting run but my instinct has a crazy pop top for this style of disc which makes it impractical for forehand plays. The disc is also incredibly touchy to angle and is very unforgiving with nose angle inconsistencies. Thrown with the same power and angle as my T-bird or Rival, this disc will either give me an S-curve or crash to the right while the other two go dead straight with moderate low speed fade. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but the numbers on my run are definitely misleading. The wind also throws this disc around to a far greater degree than it has any right to (potentially because of the pop-top I received).

The NEO plastic is durable, grippy, and the teal color I have is absolutely gorgeous and my favorite color. I have never had any complaints with this line of plastic by Discmania and I hope they keep hitting home runs like the essence with it, but the Instinct just isn't consistent enough for me to justify keeping in my bag, especially with how strong the competition for the 7/5/0/2 slot is from other manufacturers.

    Disc - 174g Neo Instinct

Feel - Nice and easy grip, pretty much the prototypical fairway driver. Great for either backhand or forehand. The plastic feels great in the hand, reminds me of a slightly less tacky K1 plastic from Kastaplast. Compared to Star plastic from Innova, I would say it has slightly more grip and is slightly stiffer. As this is coming from Lat 64, my guess is that it's actually a blend of Gold and Opto line plastics, maybe 60/40 in favor of Opto.

Flight - Given power on a flat release, this will ride very slightly to the right for close to 65% of its flight before it straightens out and eventually has a confident, forward-pushing fade at the end. It has a nice amount of turn, but is overstable enough that it'll always come back as long as its not thrown on too much anhyzer. On a 380' throw with a flat release, this maybe moved 15' maximum to the right, before gliding straight and then fading back 30' to the left (15' left from center).

Overall - This disc flies extremely far for its controllability. It is uncanny how easy it is to control the landing point for shots between 100 - 350' with this one disc. Highly recommend a few of these for every bag.

My experience - I'm not the biggest Discmania fan, but the PD2 has long been my farthest flying disc with a pretty consistent range of 325-375'. I recently got an Instinct and decided to throw it off the tee instead of my PD2 on a 392' hole that I regularly par after missing my C2 putt through the trees. With the slower speed of the Instinct, I thought the shot would be a lay-up, just short of the group of trees that I always hit with my PD2. But the disc just kept going, and ended up going straight past that group of trees before it faded and landed about 10' away from the basket. I was so shocked with the result that I grabbed the disc and tried to do it again, and this time landed within 6' of the basket. Both times I missed the mando, but it was a learning experience and now this disc is both my farthest-flying and most controllable disc in my bag. I pretty much just need this and a putter and I'll be good to take on any course (although maybe I should try putting with it and then I'll only need the one).

I have had an interesting experience with this disc. Initially, it felt nice but nothing extra special. I would put it away and take it back out occasionally to test it out again. The disc always seemed to come out slow for me compared to other discs, but it would glide out as far as my other comparable discs. It may have been my imagination - who knows.

Anyways, I have really come to love this disc. The flight is now fantastic for my current arm speed. Definitely doesn't feel slow. I can rip it (my standards as a relatively new player) and it will run straight for a long ways (again, my standards) and end with a very delicate fade. I play mostly wooded courses and it has become one of my most consistent discs. If thrown flat I will get a very slight turn, straighten out, and end with a soft fade. I can put a gentle hyzer and get it to flip flat for an extremely straight flight. I can hyzer it and keep it on that hyzer line to the ground. As an added bonus, it is even my best FH disc. My forehand is not good, but this is one of only a couple discs I will actually dare to FH when necessary during a round.

Overall, I would say 7 and 5 are good for speed and glide. Personally, my disc seems to fly more -.5 turn and 1-1.5 fade. It flies closer to my TL than my Teebird. I love the Neo plastic. The Origin and Instinct have been great and I just began throwing the Essence with good early results.

    Disc - 175 Meta Instinct

Feel - The instinct has a very comfortable rim, very similar to the Innova teebird. It has normal control driver sized rim and it fits very well in the hand.

Flight - the Instinct flies like a slightly less stable teebird in my opinion. It has a tiny bit of flip in its flight and then a small fade at the end of the flight. It compliments the Discmania FD very well in my opinion and is quite a bit less stable than the FD2.

Overall - The instinct is a very good slower fairway driver that flies similar to the Innova teebird or Latitude 64 explorer.

A decent fairway driver akin to the popular Teebird. Note that the rim is 1.7 versus the 1.8 rim of the TB. Doesnt impact speed but might be better for those with slightly smaller hands or who prefer the feel of a smaller rim.

When I got this disc I was expecting a straight flight with little fade. Its has a lot more fade then I wanted and not much glide for me I only used it for shots 330 and down. I think I just don't have the arm for it because it just felt really overstable. I only pull this disc out in the wind it holds up really good. The ones I have are a fairly domey. I wouldn't suggest it for a new player just because it would just dump on them. Maybe for a more advanced player it would fly straight but im probably not gonna use this disc unless its gonna be a windy round.

Mixed feelings about this. I have a powerful forehand and an okay backhand. I've been looking for a slower firebird type disc. This disc pretty much holds the line for forehands, but will turn slightly given high speed turn. Backhand, flies exactly like the flight numbers would suggest.

Nice straight flight with a decent skip for my noodle-ish backhand, but it's not super turn resistant for more powerful throws

This is very glidy, and more understable than the flight chart would suggest, I get a fair amount of turn on it with my arm speed but it (mostly) always has enough fade to come back and end up with a straight/neurtral overall flight. the glide allows it to be thrown further than most fairway drivers

The Instinct is one of the molds from the Discmania Evolution line that is manufactured by Latitude 64. The flight numbers on the Instinct are 7,5,0,2. These numbers seem pretty accurate for myself as an intermediate player but maybe a touch more glide and a touch less fade. In no way is this thing going to be understable unless beat beyond belief but it has just a tiny bit less fade than the numbers reflect. Throwing the Instinct at lower speeds yields some decent fade but if you crank on it, you are going to notice a fairly straight flight. As for the plastic, it feels great as the rest of the Evolution line does. This is a good disc, but not something that I would personally bag. This disc is too good. For me it goes very straight with minimal turn and fade. It has enough predictability to steal shots from my mid range discs and enough glide and turn resistance to do the same to my 9 speed discs. Neo plastic has to be my favorite now so whenever I want to be confident in my grip I reach for this disc. One flaw might be the way this disc reacts with water. Neo plastic when wet can be very slick, but I keep a towel on hand so it hasn't been a factor.

This disc is one of the go to discs in any bag. It's smooth feel and consistent flight make it a favorite for everyone I've known to throw it. I have the disc in the new meta plastic at 173 grams (after getting it in the mystery box) and have loved the disc ever since. It's very comparable to a teebird and about as consistent as one. The flight is stable to slightly overstable, so I trust this disc to hit any gap that requires an overstable finish. It feels good on a forehand and backhand and finishes overstable for both, no matter what line or angle you put it on. The overall look and feel of this disc is superb, making it worth the hype surrounding it. I recommend this disc to anyone who plays disc golf, no matter the experience level because I definitely wish I had this disc when I was learning how to throw.

It's a better TeeBird with more glide or the little brother to the PD. What's not to love. I can get this as far as my PD's (400ft). They both still have a place in my bag as I use them for different shots. I throw the instinct more than any other disc in my bag. If you have not tried the Instinct you need to.

The Instinct instantly became my favorite fairway/control driver. The Neo plastic is consistent and feels great in the hand, very durable. My max drives are around 450'. I can comfortably release this on a slight hyzer at 80% and it will flip up to flat and go straight for 320' with a gently fade finish. I can go full power on a heavier hyzer and it will flip to flat and turn just a bit for a gentle S flight around 380'. Lots of confidence with this disc because of the consistency. This will be in my bag for years to come.

The instinct is simply a fantastic neutral/somewhat stable fairway driver.  Those with less power can have a consistent, fairly overstable shot that pushes forward with good glide while those with bigger arms can achieve big distance with great control.  The disc is fairly domey, but still has a great shot shape for forehands.  The neo plastic feels wonderful as well.  A perfect combination of durability and grip.

Picked up one of these when I lost my teebird. Overall flies pretty similar to a teebird, maybe a touch more overstable. The neo plastic looks and feels amazing. Seems durable so far after a few rounds of blasting trees and hasn't changed flights yet. Definitely recommended as it's very reliable and predictable flight

Great disc, I was throwing the Alpha by Mint Discs as my main fairway driver, but the first time I held an Instinct I knew the Alphas were in trouble. The Instinct feels good in the hand, comfortable, easy release and very dependable. Straight to slightly over stable depending on how pop top it is. I carry x4 all different weighs to pop-topness. I have a white 173 pop top that is super over stable, great for forehands and strong dependable fade great wind fighter. Also have a nice blue 172 that has a regular top (not poptop) that is a very workable, can put it on good anhyzer to hyzer flip lines. This is my go to faraway driver for any situation, great for wooded shots.

My favorite fairway driver, I bag 3 (173g, 175g, 176g) all in different stages of wear.

Out of the box the box, the Instinct is slightly overstable but mostly straight with dependable fade. Once beat in, it flies like the most dependable FD, straight with a little bit of turn and a mellow but dependable fade.

Something about the Neo plastic feels like a cross between C-Line and S-Line plastic, slightly gummy but not like it's going to fold in your hand. They break in kind of fast, but then seem to hold on to sweet spots really well.

I would choose this over a Teebird or Eagle any day.

This disc is by far one of my favorites. With a slightly more stable flight of an explorer and a better feel, this disc is great for many shots. I use it on control hyzers, hyzer flips, straight with a little anhyzer, up a fairway and through the woods, I use it all the time. The plastic is like a mix between champion and star, and it feels oh so nice in the hand. This disc will stay in my back for the foreseeable future, and stand in my top tier disc lists. I would recommend it to anyone.

175g Neo. Honestly a little longer more comfortable Teebird. Better plastic. Extremely workable. Numbers are true maybe a 7.5 speed.

This thing goes further than Teebirds and Explorers. I bag a beat in straight flier and a max weight beefy one. It kicked my Thunderbird out of the bag and it's two speeds slower...that's how far these go.

An Excellent All Around Fairway Driver

The Instinct is an excellent all around fairway driver. It's a bit more stable than a Leopard or FD, so it has a different flight path. Never the less, the disc is super reliable and very versatile. The disc is manufactured by Latitude 64, so you know the manufacturing is super consistent, which matters to me a lot.

The disc flies perfectly out of the box with no need to break it in. I find that it will lower in stability after heavy use, as all discs do. So if you play on wooded courses, I would say the durability of this new Neo plastic isn't quite as strong as a most Star/S-Line discs.

For me, disc of the year. Great flight and stability in and easy to grip rim in outstanding plastic. This and the Method are home runs, and Lat did it without trampling on Discmania's existing molds.

I have found this to be a wonderful disc. It's really point-and-shoot for me. It's stable enough to not get flipped over by a moderate headwind and understable enough for a really nice flex line. It does glide for days too. Also, the neo plastic is amazing. It's probably my new favorite plastic. Highly recommend.

In my opinion, my Instinct is pretty indistinguishable from a Lat 64 Explorer. Neo is a nice Lat 64 plastic blend.  Instincts come in Neo, and Explorers come in a variety of Lat 64 plastic. What is the verdict? If you are interested in a straight and stable fairway driver, then checkout both Explorers and Instincts. Check out price and plastic. Go with what you like. One question that comes to mind is...  is an Instinct basically an Explorer in "Hybrid" plastic (a mix of gold and opto)???

Update. I have moved this down one star (to 4 stars) b/c the concave rim feels less comfortable to me now that I have experience with more brands and molds.

Discmania- Evolution instinct - I was curious to see what a latitude 64 made Discmania Disc would be like. With the combination of these two companies you can see that it was made in that really nice feel good latitude 64 quality plastic. It is a controllable over stable fairway driver that can be thrown for all levels of play, it had a nice finish and a decent skip. It also has a uniform high clean dome to it and feels really good in your hand. If you haven’t tried the new Evolution line if you start with the instinct you won’t be disappointed

I purchased a brand new Instinct from a local who received it in a player pack. I was looking for a dead straight tunnel shooter. I also purchased a Swirly S Line CD3, I’ve yet to try it in that slot. The instinct flies perfect for me on the exact holes at courses I was looking to use the slot on. First year player here, started  all overhand and over 6mos worked like a mad man to develop. That being said, I have decent power not crusher status but I can touch 300-350 regularly. I’m able to consistently flip it up from a hyzer and it will run what at first glance seems like a straight line but it’s got a slow crawl right that can go unnoticed with high torque and starts to late in the flight finishing just left of center. Don’t let the speed fool you, it’s a little faster for me but always flips up to ride out, if you have the slightest ability control this is a must for tunnel shots, Woods, or any hole 200 - 275 ft. You can trust it won’t turn wide and that it will dive back center.

This plastic feels AMAZING.  What disc is this?  It's a Teebird/Explorer.  Another version of those discs with the same flight that feels a bit different in the hand.  I've seen others say a more stable FD, I would agree, but realize they feel much different in the hand.  A great disc for a slot with great discs, so not sure it was needed unless you only throw Discmania :)

So far this disc reminds me of the Latitude 64 Explorer, It is very straight and wont turn over, a perfect low speed fairway driver. The plastic feels great and is of the Latitude 64 quality expected.

I had high hopes for this disc after reading the reviews, but it's not quite what I expected. I have a fairly average arm speed and can get to 300+ distance (RHBH), but the instinct is more overstable for me that I would have liked. I don't find it to be particularly glidey and the fade on it is a bit odd. It kind of "dumps" out of the air on the fade rather than pushing to the left. I still really like the feel of it and mine is still really new so I'm going to keep throwing it in hopes that once I beat it in a bit it will show a bit more glide and flip up.

Absolutely love this disc! The Neo plastic from Latitude 64 feels amazing in the hand. Super glidy overstable fairway driver (I live at 5200+ feet elevation). Seems faster than a 7 speed to me, it kicked my thunderbirds / getaways out of my bag because I can get the same shot shapes with this disc. Also works great for forehands!

This disc is a fantastic addition to DM's line.

    My flight #'s

    7 / 6 / -.5 / 2

For my RHFH dominant game, this disc is what I've been searching for. I've read other reviews that call it a Teebird with glide, which is correct but i'll take it a step further and compare it directly to a 11x Teebird; If you're a fan of that run, then you'll immediately love this disc. Slightly overstable with tons of glide, this disc goes as far as any of my high speed drivers, while still retaining point and shoot characteristics desirable in a fairway driver. I was able to detect a hint of turn in my pink colored 171 and 170 gram examples. Neo plastic has a familiar "champy-star" look and feels great in the hand. Fairly durable too, as a high speed impact with a boxcar left the disc without a scar or change to the flight pattern.

In my opinion, DM hit a homerun with this disc, and every player will have a spot for this disc in their bag. This disc is definitely a compliment to my teebirds and in time could replace them. This disc would be my first choice for a one disc only round.

This review is coming from a somewhat beginner standpoint (been playing about a year).

My Underworld was turning more and more for me and my Maverick just wasn't getting the job done so I picked one of these up after checking out a friend's. It is now my main disc off the tee, mostly for straight backhands, but it holds hyzer lines just fine, as well as the occasional flex. I've never thrown a Teebird, so I can't compare the two, but this disc flies good and straight with normal reliable fade for me. The distance I get with this usually surprises me as well, but maybe I'm just getting better.

I would not recommend this to someone just starting out, as you will need to train your form with slower discs unless you are a natural.

The plastic is really nice and feels great. If you like Trilogy plastic and want to get some of that new old style, give it a shot.

I have a 173g Neo Instinct. I was hoping it was going to be like a Teebird and it is, although I think it flies even better for me. I'm rating it 8/6/0/2 - It feels faster than any of my other 7 speed discs and has a TON of glide. I've been driving with this disc and it just penetrates so fast and straight and gets me more distance than I thought I could get with this kind of disc speed. I love to throw it on a hyzer as it seems to glide really well when thrown hard through the power pocket. I mostly throw it RHBH and I love it for that, but I was surprised how well it works for RHFH. It works really well for straighter shots with a late fade. I love the Neo plastic, it's very grippy and has some flex to it. The rim is also super comfortable and mine has a nice mild dome. I'll definitely be buying more of these!

I bought this disc to check out the new DM/Lat64 co-lab, and plastic.  The mold has the same numbers as my Wysocki Explorer, but I feel like the Instinct has a little more glide to it.  Not sure if I have room for both, but I am leaning towards the neo plastic.  The manufacturing is good, and the colors are consistent throughout the plastic.  There is raised lettering and branding on the underside.  Very much Swedish Plastic.

I've thrown the Primal Run disc. Not sure if the normal Neo acts similar. Don't let the numbers fool you. It flies FAR.

    Flight (and numbers): 7 / 6.5 / -0.5 / 3:

I must agree with the other reviews saying it's a glidey Teebird.

This disc will fly pretty much as far as my normal 12-speed drives (130m+). It's a bit overstable, however, once overpowered or thrown in a slight headwind, it will flip over a fair amount. It still dumps reliably left at ~80-120m. I haven't quite yet figured the disc out, but I'm looking forward to finding out how to extract it's potential.

Discmania did a great job with this mold! The new Latitude plastic feels really good, too. It's like a mix of opto/gold line and feels nice and grippy. This disc is basically a glidier teebird for me, it flies straight and fades of gently at the end. When I threw it on hyzer lines, it held nice the whole way, sort of swooping down onto target.

I think this will be a big hit for anyone that tries it!

Glidey Teebird from Discmania in a nice plastic. Can't ask for much better than that. Decent for forehands too. Im throwing a 172 yellow neo instinct, slight to moderate dome and a neutral stiffness. When new with 350 ft of power it glides straight and hooks up slowly at the end, little skip if thrown flat. For a newer player this will be a stable to overstable thrower. It would pair nicely with an fd in Discmania's lineup.

Absolutely incredible disc, What Discmania has been missing from the fairway lineup. straight into the bag! This disc feels great in the hand, the Neo plastic is grippy. True to the word stable you can power up on it without having to worry about it turning straight with a great finish. If you're looking for a straight stable fairway than this will make the bag right away!
