I picked up this disc from a used disc bin to use for water carry drives. I didn't know what to expect from it.  In VIP Air plastic this flies a lot like my star Shryke with a stronger fade, lucky for me, that made it the perfect back up / water disc for my distance slot. Everyone that I've played with says this mold is one of the most overstable discs they've thrown and then they are amazed when I get a huge s-curve out of it.

It must be the plastic, because it's definitely not my arm. I typically have 320-350 foot drives with a max field distance of just over 400. This disc matches my max distance. In field sessions this is typically landing next to my Ballista and Shryke in the 360-400 ft range.

Based on what I've heard, if you find one of these in any other plastic it will be very overstable. I don't recommend this for a beginner based on speed alone, but if you get the air plastic or lighter weights it may be a good distance disc for intermediate players or advanced beginners that are starting to be able to throw fast discs.  If you can find one in VIP air plastic...throw it high and slightly left of your target and prepare to be amazed.

Hard disc to use but has lots of power and for tricky situations is fantastic!!! One of my personal favorites.

I have a 175g beat in vip and I also have a vip Air I have thrown a couple of times .  I hate this disc and refuse to sell it bc I don't want anyone else using it I dislike it so much .

I have a 156 g VIP air world.  It is a good overstable distance driver though not as overstable at this weight as the ratings would suggest.

It is my longest forehand driver and this is the main way I use it.  It does turn when I throw it full power and flat with a forehand, but comes back right more than it turned (rhfh).  If I throw it with a little hyzer it still goes fairly far, but doesn't turn.  It will fight out of a small amount of anhyzer (or more if I give it some height).

It has a somewhat limited role for me backhand.  I throw it if I don't want my disc to turn at all and then have a healthy fade.  It gets me more distance than my other overstable discs when I throw it this way, though not nearly as much as my main distance drivers.
