The Giant is a great overstable distance driver. This disc is fast and can handle even 'Giant' throws. This driver is also good for controlled curving and fade shots, flicks, and battling strong headwinds.

I have a 157g air Giant. Out of all of my lightweight discs, this one is the most predictable. It is also the only one of my lightweight discs I use in light to moderate wind conditions. Despite having a thicker rim, it still feels good in my hand. I don't throw with a lot of power due to an old shoulder injury. So I pride myself on form and placement shots. I can put this disc on extreme angles to get around obstacles with precise control. Or rip it flat for a long drive and then fade. I use it a lot on mountain courses. I think this disc would work well for beginner to Intermediate players. Most advanced players prefer heavier discs, but they might like this one due to it's overstable nature.

This disc is very fast and overstable.  Mine was in VIP air and it flew very similar to a Mcbeth destroyer for a pro.  The big rim makes it great for forehands.

I had a VIP air giant at 153 grams.  Despite its light weight it flew fairly overstable.  I used it primarily as a forehand disc.  As a forehand disc thrown hard and flat it slowly turned and flew quite far before fading at the at the end.  It would end up a little left of where I aimed (RHFH).

My listed ratings are for use as a backhand disc.  With no wind it would fly straight initially before a substantial fade as it slowed down.  I primarily used it backhand when I needed a strong fade or I was throwing it into a headwind.

I ended up losing it and not replacing it as it didn't fly very different from some of my other discs.
