Armor Details

Armor plastic from Viking Discs is a durable, yet very comfortable, opaque plastic blend that is very similar to Star from Innova, or Gold Line from Latitude 64. It is a top-notch plastic blend especially for drivers -- able to take a beating and keep performing.

I agree with Donovan below....
My favorite approch disc, great with forehand shots and will ALWAYS fade, very stable. Under 200 feet and this is the go to disc for me. I have an ACE Loki and will reccomend it. It flies like the numbers for me.

I wanted to like this disc. I really did. The plastic is what I couldn't figure out. When I got a clean release, this did exactly what I wanted it to, but I can't reliably throw this disc. I've tried both armor and storm, but they feel practically the same to me. There's this slipperiness to it that I haven't found with other manufacturers. If I had this disc in something like MVP's premium blends it would be an easy 4 or 5 star, but I just can't trust the feel of the armor or storm plastics when I take this disc out.

This disc will fly straight and hyzer out every time. I use this for all my approach shots, sticks well to the ground and I get very few roll aways. You can get a good skip if you throw it hard enough
