The Slaidi is a fast distance driver made by the Finnish disc manufacturer Prodiscus. Prodiscus compares the flight of this disc to the Innova Destroyer. It is an excellent disc for long forehand drives. The Prodiscus Slaidi is available in both of the Prodiscus plastic blends. Their Premium plastic is clear and durable. It is comparable to the Innova Champion plastic, but with a gummy feel. Basic plastic is soft and flexible, like a cross between Innova Pro and Star plastics.

This is a great control higher speed discs.  Comparable to a wraith or rogue.  Very neutral flight.  Thrown on hyzer and it will flip up and glide straight.

This is a pretty stable disc that stays straight and has a new fade at the end. It says its a 12 but I could handle this pretty well and would put it between a 11 and 12. I didn't try to throw any anhyzers to see if it would flex but if I threw with a slight hyzer it wanted to hold it. When I would throw it flat it would stay dead straight for a good ways and you could really see the glide kick in and just carry it for a while. When it would start to slow down I didn't get a strong destroyer type fade as I was use to with my star destroyer but a nice fade that was still fighting for distance and it never really went far from where it first came in contact with the ground. This is a very good disc but it didn't make my bag as I already had discs that I could do the same thing with. It's still a solid disc but there are several discs out there that can do the same thing. My flight numbers would be 11.5/5.5/0/2.5

Wow, talk about a disc where the plastic changes the characteristics.  I have this disc in Ultrium and Premium.   Held side by side you would not know they were the same mold. then you throw them and you'd be convinced they were different.

First off, the Premium Plastic.  I think this is the plastic to purchase if you are predominantly RHBH.  The Premium Slaidi has a slight dome which gives it good glide and a nice reliable forward fade.  To me it's flight is very similar to another disc in the Prodiscus lineup, the Titan; comparing to a disc from DD and I would say is flies like a shorter Lucid Trespass.  Like the Trespass (in Lucid) I get some unplanned turn on about 20% of my throws.  If I knew this would happen all the time I could account for it, but I do not, which is why I do not bag this disc most rounds.  It must come down to the spin I put on the disc which varies.

Now, the Ultrium Plastic.  My oh my.  First off it is so flat it's almost a puddle. I'm talking Machete flat.  I haven't taken an official measurement however I'd bet the Premium dome is .5-.75cm taller.  If you are a flick thrower you want to give this a try.  Can you throw it RHBH. sure if you have 400+ power and can get the spin require to keep it straight long enough, otherwise the wing will hit hard and give you erratic skips.

Should you bag either. Well I think the Ultrium is more useful and I bag it.  The Premium is just a smidgen too unpredictable for me..
