The MVP resistor is described as a slower, overstable fairway driver with more controllable speed. The Resistor has a flat profile that makes it excellent for forehand flicks and overhand shots. The Resistor complements the MVP line of control drivers by providing a more overstable driver than the Shock. Utilizing MVP's GYRO technology, the Resistor will "resist" turn and experience a strong reliable fade. MVP says, "this disc executes accuracy and rangeability like a dream."

I like the Resistor for stand still forehand shape shots in the woods when I have to reach around a tree or from a knee. It's the perfect speed to get just enough touch distance you won't over shoot your intended landing spot. It's an awesome overstable utility disc. Also great for windy days on the course.
