The MVP disc line-up had lacked an overstable midrange disc for quite a while, until now! The Deflector is a meat-hook with a hard fade, perfect for strong forehand throws, fighting the wind, and shaping some dramatic flight patterns to navigate around obstacles. This is the real deal!  MVP gives the flight rating a 5 / 3.5 / 0 / 4

This disc is massively overstable. It's up there in the Justice or Anvil territory, little more stable then a Zone I think. I would say the glide is more of a 3, not a 4. Other then that the numbers are spot on. The plastic I had with this one was not my favorite it was a little bit flexier. Nice disc for sure and if you want something for big headwinds for approch shots, FH rollers or OH shots, this will fit the bill.

I wanted something with similar flight characteristics to a MF Gator. This is exactly that, but shallow, flat, and beadless- exactly what I was looking for. Great wind fighter. Unless it's super windy out, I don't throw this more than a couple times a round, but it's an awesome utility disc.

This disc is the midrange version of a flick.   I needed something incredibly over stable in the midrange class and I came across this disc.  Oh man....  this thing delivered exactly what i needed.   It will not turn on you at all.   If you throw it with anny it immediately fights out and fades.   It doesn't even try to fly straight.   I use this for a lot of approach shots.  It will just plant into the ground.   Don't even try to throw it far because it definitely will not give any distance.   But if you need out of some trouble or you just need it to stick to the ground,  this disc delivers.

The Deflector is the first MVP disc that I have thrown, and it is probably the most overstable midrange I have ever thrown. It is a great forehand midrange and feels great in the hand. This disc can handle all the torque you put on it. It is great for ripping a low forehand anhyzer and letting the disc fight out of it and take a big skip. It is a great complement to my beat in Justice which is straighter and doesn’t finish as hard as my Deflector. This disc went straight into my bag and will probably never come out.

If you look up beef in the dictionary it will tell you to see the MVP deflector. This thing is overstable and then some. I bag an anvil that I use for a lot and have thrown a justice but like this so much more than the justice. This thing will laugh in a headwind and still dump left. This disc is not for beginners at all as it will basically go left straight out of the hand. I use it for windy days, and short shots that need to go left and get a good skip at the end. I have even gotten several double skips with this disc. I got mine from the VIP club here at infinite discs and love the stamp on it and the extreme overstability on it. Almost had an ace back last weekend using this disc. Will not be leaving my bag for a very long time. I would also agree with the numbers that are supplied for it and you can put your all into this disc and its still going left.

The Deflector is an incredible overstable midrange. I used the Justice for a while, but never really liked the huge bead. The Deflector solves this problem. It is extremely comfortable in the hand and is perfect for approach shots where wind is a factor.
