The Legacy Recluse is a very overstable mid, comparable to the Pursuit. The Recluse has a large bead and a slim profile. It will fight any wind and always hook up at the end of the shot.

I fell in love with the recluse the moment I held it for the first time. I had heard good things about it, but once I got to hold one for the first time I immediately bought it because I knew that if it feels that good it has to fly great. I don't know if this is always the case but the one I have is very puddle topped which is amazing. Combined with the icon plastic having a little bit of give and a big bead the recluse feels amazing for forehands.

The best thing about the flight of the recluse compared to other very overstable mids is that it flies straight before it fades hard. It almost flies like a mid range version of a felon. This alone makes it so much more useful and less of a specific specialty disc. I used to throw an mvp deflector, and it just dumped so hard as soon as it left my hand so I could only really use it for flex forehands and short skip shots. The recluse on the other hand can be used for a huge variety of options that were never available with a deflector.

Overall, I'd say the recluse is the best very overstable midrange on the market and I would recommend it to anybody looking for one. It probably doesn't serve much purpose in a beginners bag because it is still very overstable, but once you have decent form and need something to trust in the wind or around corners this is the disc to use.
