The Latitude 64 Scythe is a fast overstable driver with a 2.2cm wing. While this disc is beefy and overstable, it still has some pretty good glide. If you're looking for a fast Destroyer-like Trilogy disc with a moderate rim width, consider the Scythe.

absolutely love this disc! its been a staple in my bag for 4+ years now. the gold line is very stable out of the box but once it breaks in it seems to get more glide as it ages.i mainly throw power forehands with this disc. it can handle all the torque. its not the farthest flying disc in my bag but its the most consistent. thrown flat to a touch of anhyzer it will glide and get to the target very fast and always fade at the end and skip if thrown low enough. great flex line disc. if thrown on a touch of hyzer it will flip to flat and even flex a bit before dumping. my favorite shot to throw is a low forced over anhyzer that glides just enough before it fades back and skips. definitely would recommend to any intermediate to advanced forehand players looking for reliable controllable distance.

This is my go to disc for big forehand flex shots! The disc is very OS! So, if you released on the right anhyzer angle, you can expect some great distance out of it! Hole 4 at my local course is almost 800ft long. You start at the stop of a hill, thrown down the hill and then it curves to the right(about 350' out) and follows that straight it the basket. Its an extremely tough par 4. Especially since the first shot is thrown at a lake. But with the Scythe, I feel comfortable playing this hole. Over the course of the summer, I've lost a couple disc in this part of the lake but it won't be the Scythe! I throw this disc on a forehand anyhzer and it will fly perfectly to the turn and then turn hard right with the fair way and land 50'-75' past the turn, out of sight! I have never had to worry about this disc flying into the lake!

This disc is exactly what you expect all power no finesse. This disc was just another lesson in arm speed and stability for me. im sure its a quality disc if your man enough to get a real flight out of it.

    173g Gold Line Scythe

I got a 173g Gold Line Scythe with my own design on it from flydiscs for my birthay last year. When I got it, I tried too used it for massive flex forehands because I was just beginning and didn't have a good backhand yet. It worked pretty well for that, but I ended up dropping that part of my game and working on my backhand. Therefore, this disc went to the extras pile, not to be thrown for like 7 months. Now that I've gotten my backhand form down pretty well, I decided to give this disc another try. It flies very well RHBH for me now. Hole 2 at my home course is a shot that's close to 400' (about 360ish I think). Straight over some rocks with a pretty hard fade left into a grassy area where the basket is. I've always had trouble with this hole and have never birdied it. This disc has almost gotten me there. not quite, but it's gotten me closer than any other disc. This disc flies like a more beefy Destroyer to me. Perfect for drives where you need that big fade. Does pretty well FH, too, but I don't throw FH much anymore so I can't give much advice on that. It won't be a driver that you pull out on every hole, or even every round, but it's a great utility driver. Hope this helps!!

I’m still pretty new to the game so this disc is a little to fast for me but when I do actually get ahold of one it flies so so nice.

    Tested: Pink Scythe (Gold), 10/26/2015.

The Scythe is no joke!!! It will take a mega arm to turn this one into a roller as it is extremely overstable. If you need something for a headwind and the Enforcer doesn't seem to be overstable enough (haha), then try out a Scythe. It is very similar to a sweet Ape or XCaliber, and can fight any headwind while still flying fast.

I absolutely loved the Scythe as a forehand disc. The Enforcer used to be my favorite forehand disc from Trilogy, but the Scythe proved itself and de-throned the Enforcer as my favorite forehand disc. It is so overstable that It can start out as a nice spiking disc and work it's way down towards a nice distance shot disc, eventually.

Just got this disc. Wow. Super flat and wind fighting machine. This disc feels amazing in gl and is about as true the flight pattern you could want. Have a tourny tomorrow with winds to be 15-20 all day and xan see me pulling this out everytime im facing it.
