The Mace is an overstable mid that can handle big arms, but can also be controlled by less powerful disc golfers. Latitude 64 says that they took the best of all their previous midrange molds to form the Mace, and that it is the perfect disc for a one disc tourney.

I have two of these one 175g and one 176g both in zero hard and they feel great.

I use them as distance putters and shots that need about 5 yards of fade to avoid a tree or three and lay up for a gimme put.

Great feel both forehand and backhand. Predictable fade and very controlable.

Only problem i have with them is i got two in the putting plastic. Should have got one in opto but all they had was the zero line. They dont fly as far as my buzz ss with same power i feel the plastic plays a big part in that and would like to get one in the opto line to compare.

I snagged a 1st run in zero hard plastic. This disc is better than I could have imagined! The hard zero plastic feels great for base, very stiff and grippy. It doesn't seem as durable as it felt at first though. After a few good tree hits the stability hasn't really changed, which is nice. This disc doesn't have the usual latitude 64 glide, but in my opinion mids shouldn't have a ton of glide. My Mace has an uncanny ability to hold any line. It is very, very controllable; holds graceful hyzers, nice straight shots with just a little fade, and fights out of an anny for a sweet s-shot. Another nice thing is that it powers down well, still holds the lines at slow speeds. I compare this to my wasp, only much more versatile. This is the mid I have been searching for!
