*NOTE* I only give 5-stars out to discs I bag and throw actively. A 4-star disc is great. It may come in and out of the bag for me, but I could see another player actively bagging it.

The Compass was the first midrange that I latched onto when I started my disc golf journey. This was my got-to for working angles and I really enjoyed the flight of the Compass for a long time. I changed my grip up and then the Compass didn't feel as good in the hand and I moved onto the other mids. I recently pulled this back out again for kicks and I just wanted to throw out some Compass love.

This is peak straight midrange here. High glide and very minimal left-to-right movement at low and high speeds. Holds both hyzer and anny lines like a dream and only gets finicky around a flat release angle. When given a slight hyzer it'll flip to flat and then go straight with the most minimal finish ever. Released completely flat and it'll turn the whole time and likely won't have a hyzer finish. Every straight mid struggle with this and it is a user error at that point and time.

Man, I want to bag this disc. Why I am docking points and isn't going back into the bag? Handfeel. My grip hasn't changed  and there is something about the depth and the sound drop off of the wing. It almost feels like the disc is being pushed out of my hand with my thumb. Maybe the Compass will find a way into my bag in the future, but for now, it's gonna go in the trunk of my car and it'll get tossed for funzies.
