This disc is very awesome for what it is meant to do, nothing more. Purely as a utility disc, it's gotten me out of sticky situations and it can roll pretty well, apart from that it's a meat hook. It won't fly for long, it'll just cut and flare skip at the end. I would consider this a difficult beginner disc but go ahead if you like thumbers or rollers.

I have a 168g Star Monster and a monster it is! Even at 168g this disc is very overstable. I use the disc for a variety of shot types but mainly for sidearm distance control, I can throw this Disc firm and it will hold It's line, fade heavily and take a huge chain eating skip. You don't have to worry about over throwing a hole with this disc. I can get a max of 300ft out of this disc, were as my destroyers would go over 400ft with the same flick.  If your needing a disc that will not turn over in ANY wind and is especially torque resistant, give the Monster a go. Bottom line If your looking for a disc to use in any wind, backhand or forhand, that will hold its line and have a Monster fade and Monster skip this Is the Monster for you!

I love this disc!  I needed something that I could use on low ceiling hook shots, where there is no hyzer line.  When I flick this disc, I can get a huge right flare out of it, allowing the disc to almost do a 90 degree turn.  This disc is reliable and  can take any power you put on it.

I find this disc extremley tough to throw even in a "headwind" I dont get much distance and it love to fade to the left HARD.A few other buddies have tried this disc as well and do not like it.

Great driver for headwind. Mine goes on for what seems like forever.

I like keeping an overstable disc in my bag for long forehands, and this one was there for a while. Ultimately I went to an orc, because the monster was just too overstable for what I needed. I'll run into a shot here and there that I wish I had it, but this disc is too much of a shot specific disc to carry around everywhere at this point for me.
