I field tested this (170g) along with half a dozen other 7-speeds from four different brands each with reasonably close flight numbers. I wasn't sure I'd like the Hawkeye particularly as it's a bit domier than others that feel better to me in the hand; however, I do like the champion grade plastic (and similar ones from other brands) for its durability, and was very pleasantly surprised with the disc's performance: It was giving me the best distance of the group almost every time (so I've rated it with a glide of 6), and despite it not feeling as comfortable in the hand, it nonetheless kept releasing accurately and its flight path ended up being the most consistently straight. Hard not to love a disc that performs so well.

The got Champion Metal-Flake Philo Tour Series version.  This is a great neutral fairway driver.  It's slightly faster and slightly more stable than its numbers suggest. 8, 5, 0, 1 seems more correct to me.

For reference, I throw drivers ~350, and on a full-power, flat throw, the Hawkeye just flies dead straight with very little turn or fade.  On hyzer, it holds a pushing hyzer.  On anny, it holds for most of the flight but gets back to flat and fades forward for the last part of the flight.

Domey disc that feels like a faster version of the panther, but flies like a Titanium Buzz with more glide. Perfect point and shoot disc that resists turning or fading aggressively. Perfect for tunnel shots.
