I got this disc because I love my FD but wanted something that may have been a bit different, either more understable or stable. This disc may have just filled the slot for me. I  think it feels very similar as well, with a smaller rim for a driver, which is very good for me personally and for any beginner. I have found it a bit more stable than the FDs perfectly straight flight, but this does not mean that the centurion isn't workable. I have it in I-blend at 172 grams. It is very workable. I can throw this on a hyzer and it will flip up to flat and then finish left. Flat release allows this disc to get a slight bit of turn and then finish left. This disc is also good for easy flex lines because it does it itself whether you throw it on anhyzer or flat. Also what helps is that this disc is packed with a ton of glide, so it is great for beginners because it can go and go forever. I think this is a great first disc for someone, no matter the plastic it is in. Give this one a shot and I promise you'll pick it up for many more shots.

I love this disc in the bag. It gets used several times on each round. I was lucky enough to find a metal flake glow C-blend.

I think this is my favorite disc I bag. I believe it is the most comfortable fairway driver I've ever held. Some discs that I've thrown really seem to amplify mistakes, but this is not one. I bag an S-Blend 169 weight for straight to understable hyzerflips as well as a Swirly Marwede 175 weight Centurion for straight with harder fade. I think that all players should consider bagging the Centurion.

This thing goes further than any other 7 speed I've thrown. If I didn't bag Rivals I would bag the Centurian. The only (minor) issue I had with this disc is I would sometimes turn it over too much and it wouldn't fade enough, which was compounded by the fact that this thing would fly so far. I rated the glide a 6 because it would just keep going. I still sometimes take this with me just to throw it on a hole at my local course that also serves as a sled hill during the winter. It gets close to my Archons which I can throw right around 400 feet on flat ground. Would absolutely recommend as someone's first fairway driver.
