The Warrior in Diamond plastic is such an amazing disc! On an anhyzer it will hang right for a little, come back, with its reliable fade. Thrown straight, it will have the smallest amount of glide, with fade. Very torque resistant, and if you're looking for a disc like a Discmania MD4, Discraft Buzzz OS, or an Innova Roc3, this is the disc for you!

The Warrior is a great OS disc for when I need to shape a shot in the 250-300 foot range. Thrown low & hard, it'll fly straight and then fade pretty hard. Give it some height and you've got a long hyzer. Or throw it on anny and let that OS fade create a beautiful S curve for you.

I throw a ESP Buzzz for straight mid shots, and this Warrior is a perfect OS compliment to it. The Diamond plastic is super durable, feels quite a bit like Z, but maybe a little less slick.

Great overstable midrange. Doesn't fly too far before it begins its fade, but i don't have the strongest arm. Just got the disc this past weekend and played a round. Had 4 throws with it and each was identical. Consistent flight and fade each time, and the Diamond plastic fells great. I have other discs in the same plastic that i've played with a lot and they've held up well.

I love this disc. I have been using for a couple of weeks now and it is incredibly consistent and easy to throw. I would argue that it flies more like 1-2 fade than the 3 it is listed as. On most throws it has only a gentle, but consistent, fade while holding a line incredibly well. It can easily be throw 250ft straight as an arrow with a nice predictable finish. Despite fading like 1-2 I will say that it hits the ground more like 3 and will occasionally skip or have a slight roll. The diamond evolution plastic is buttery, it's a good thing, and feels great in the hand. Very similar to luster champion, maybe a little bit softer. I would say that it is kinda like an in between of star and champion. It is a harder than star plastic but no where near as hard as champion, it is grippy and comes off of the hand very nicely. It feels very similar to a shark, but flies a bit more overstable. The warrior is odd in that I was expecting it to be much more overstable than it is, and for newer players it might be, so I don't know how beginner friendly it really is. For me it doesn't seem overstable at all, flying very similarly to an MD3, only with a more consistent finish and not as finicky. I was worried the first time I threw the Warrior into a head wind, thinking there is no way this disc will hold up, but to my surprise it flew the exact same going into a stiff wind as it does without wind. If anything this disc does seem a bit counterintuitive as most overstable midrange discs require extra spin to fly straight (Roc3, MD4, MD5, Buzz OS, Gator, Pyro, etc), I feel like the Warrior is the exact opposite. The more torque I put on it, throwing into a head wind or pushing it out for longer distance while still needing a big fade, the more likely it is to act true to numbers with that bigger 3 fade finish. However, when I just want to toss it up 250-300ft on an easy line, medium power, it flies straight as an arrow. I spent the first week I had it thinking there was no way it was overstable, and that it couldn't be true to numbers. It wasn't until I had the chance to throw it into a headwind that I saw what it can really do. Based on other reviews it doesn't seem to be the right disc for everyone, but I can't say enough great things about it. I feel like I lucked out in finally finding exactly what I have been looking for, an easy to throw consistent midrange that doesn't require a ton of power but still comes through in a pinch and can be relied on in a variety of conditions.

The Gateway Warrior was one of the first disc that we had our hands on to test. The video should give you a good visual of how the disc acts in flight.  Enjoy.

    Evolution Diamond - 178g

I love this midrange for control.  There's a little flex in the flight path if you snap it hard enough, but for the most part it's a straight shooter with reliable fade at the end.

Comparable to a Roc3, but the rim feels better/smoother in the hand.  More of a gradual slope like the Compass or Core rather than ridges like the Roc3.  The fade isn't as harsh either but only by a hair which is why I gave it a 2.5

Give this a shot if you haven't, I think you'll be impressed.
