If you love thin putters, you've found the right disc. The shaman is the thinnest disc I've found. It was comfortable for putting though I preferred other discs for putting in the basket. Where I loved this disc was driving and approaching. It's the FD of putters it just flew straight with a nice bit of turn. If thrown with more power it has a nice left turn with a slight finish straight.

I tried the Chief years ago and went through a cycle of finding the right driving putter. After some failed attempts, I decided to give the Chief another try, but my local shop was out. There were a bunch of Shamans on the shelf so I picked one up and WOW is this thing a game changer for me. I love more shallow putters for driving and this thing is about as shallow as it gets. It's a dead straight flight that has a surprising amount of glide. It handles power very well (I was getting a slow turn and little fade back at around 280', MI elevation). I need to pick up a bunch more of these, if you haven't tried one before, do yourself a favor!

Gosh golly darnit I freakin' love this disc. Mostly use this for approaches. For forehand shots this dominates. I bag one in Diamond and have another in the SSS plastic. Vary between the two depending on when I need them to skip or stick. I adore this disc and recommend it to all. Few know about it. It's good. Get it.
