The Freedom is the first speed 14-speed driver in the Dynamic Discs line. This slick flyer is described as slightly understable and somewhat similar to the popular Westside King.

If you're looking for a new distance record, consider the DD Freedom.

I have the UFO glow Freedom. I'm glad I tested it in the field first because this thing will turn on almost any throw given the chance. My first throw with it, a flat neutral throw, turned into a 300' anny that never came back. It's a finicky disc to throw fast, but if you get your angle, apin, and line down it chews up some distance without much effort. I don't have huge hands but the large rim feels pretty good to me.

Not sure about speed 14 because of how easy this disc flips. As others have said, it's easy to turn this thing into a roller (and as a roller it will get some big distance.) I'm thinking it's closer to a speed 11 at the very most (I'd even go so far as to say it might be a speed 9 with a big rim.) The turn, glide, and fade numbers are spot on.

This disc didn't make my bag but it's not because I don't like it, I just like my Axiom Virus discs more for the same kind of shots.

My beginner/low intermediate friends are able to get their max distance using this disc. One guy I know doesn't have the power or speed for super long drives but on his first throw (with the UFO) he had one of the longest drives he's thrown. It's in his bag and he uses it all the time.

I think this is a great disc for beginners who want to try something faster that won't dive bomb on them. Get a little height, let it turn and come back, and it will add distance to any low power throw.
